Most healths that I see are Y11000+ and they have their health certificate posted in the lobby. Yes it was a health. Don't know the number though the guy used to be a tout for one a block over called Pinks (sp?). There's another health basically behind Angel called Tokyo Sports which I got suckered into last year, though did get my cash back. Wrote about it in an earlier post.They all seem to be gaijin friendly these days. Guess business is slow, or they just suck (in a bad way).

To be fair, I have seen a few places with a sign out offering a senior citizen's discount, and a couple near universities offering student discounts.On fluctuating prices otherwise, it depends on the time of day - it gets more expensive later in the evening. Many Japanese establishments use this system. Think of it as an off peak discount, or a rush hour surcharge.

Tried NYNY. The report here is very accurate. However, I think if you are a young monger in your 30s, maybe it will be a wierd to have them serve you. Unless, you have special interest.As for the attitude, really no complain. Very nice.
