Maybe we really are getting back to normal. I can't remember the last time this happened. Fifteen minutes into the nightly Caracol 7 PM news and there has been no mention of coronavirus yet. The big lead stories are the ex Governer of Antioquia's legal woes, Generals gone rogue, and riots in USA.

The Economist Magazine and others have given Medellin praise for its handling of the virus. I haven't been following it too closely but I think I've seen headlines in the local press that the peak will happen in July / August, but since our boarders are closed until at least September, hopefully it won't be too bad. Medellin seems to be doing better than other parts of the country. That being said, self quarantines for tourists when they are allowed into the country might be in place.
Great advice from JjBee. I haven't been to Medellin but lived in Bogota for 7 months. Had too much fun in Santa Fe. Will definitely head to Medellin when the borders open up.
I would buy a 3 pack of chocolate bars (Casino brand) from Carulla for about $3-$4 dollars and give one to a girl I liked or repeated with as a treat. What girl doesn't like chocolate? The girls were excited to receive it and became more enthusiastic. Most of these girls don't shop at Carulla so they don't know it's cheap. I wasn't giving out chocolate bars to everyone. This process was beneficial, Troya and Paisas club girls would head to my nearby hotel (1 block away) before their shift for a more relaxed session. I abhor that knock on the door at the clubs.
Every girl is different, but a little flirting, jokes, or an unexpected small gift will get them to open up. At least for me, it's better than a mechanical session. I avoid the girls that are bitchy or bad sessions. It's funny how those are the girls that are always trying to get you to session with them again or aggressively looking for new clients.

I don't think I said anything about believing the chica compliments. I just mentioned that they all do it. Why would any monger believe it when a woman 30-40 years younger starts talking about how handsome he is?

Sex is more important to the Brazilian than it is to any other people in the world. However, on many occasions in Colombia non-pro women would stop me in the street to ask me something or the other. Every time that happened I cursed myself for lack of Spanish speaking skills. I cannot recall ever being stopped on the streets by a woman in Brazil to be asked a question.
JjBee62 post gave me a good idea; I've been using covid lockdown to learn to speak Spanish. I will now join a site to initiate video calls with Colombian chicas to improve my Espanol. Hopefully in my next visit to Medellin I might have more luck with non-pros.
Though I am visiting or staying at the Veracruz area since the last century, I am not visiting the area this year. I said that people should be careful "especially", not "only", for the three categories I mentioned. I am not in any of the these categories.

I agree if you are looking for a more relaxed GFE session and want to encourage the chica to come back. I buy good chocolate in the US and its not expensive $2 -3 per bar. Give them some chocolate and VS / Pink panties. This is a good way for non pros to get their pants off. Ask them to model for you. On sale the panties are like $3-4 each. I prefer to build a repor and not go for the massive quantity of chicas. I think there is something to be said for a comfort level with the chicas. We're just going to just have to be patient thru the wait, as agonizing as it is. Your not alone here.

I met a nice Venezolana today, but this is the message in Plaza Botero. It would not surprise me if tourism gets pushed back, depending on what the numbers look like here and in other countries.
Jet Blue has yet to cancel my 7/2 - 7/10 flight from Ft. Lauderdale to MDE. In fact, they called me today and left a message about a time change. I wonder if they are expecting something to change? We shall see.
