This month there are humanitarian flights being arranged in conjunction with Colombia Immigration for Colombian citizens and residents wanting to return to Colombia with strict permitting and bio-safety protocols including a two week quarantine period for all. Very few Countries are open right now with the exception of European Countries with no testing and / or quarantine requirements. And the requirements for visitors depend on the Country. Greece is open to Europeans, but if your coming from the USA and other Countries it requires testing and a one week quarantine. Iceland is an exception, you show up, get tested, if negative, your free to go without being quarantined. Don't be surprised to see a very rigid set of rules for re-entry into the Country when it opens. Of course the best case scenario would be for Colombia to do what Iceland is doing, and as an alternative what Greece is doing. Before planning a return trip to Colombia you really need to know what the entry requirements will be. As far as Airbnb listings, there will be plenty to go around at bargain basement prices. I think Jet Blue is stalling so they don't have to refund. As of today the September 1 date is the soonest confirmed for inbound flights. Once an airline cancels they must refund but they will encourage you to reschedule or accept a voucher.

With respect to entry rules, one of the scenarios the Minister of Health and the President have been discussing is no tourism reactivation until tourists can come and go as before. Actually, I use JetBlue a fair amount from FLL to MDE. When they cancelled the last flight, I got credit, which I have already used. When they changed the times for the flights on July 2 and 9, they gave me the option of accepting, cancelling and getting the money banked, or a refund.
