Many thanks for the photos Bobo, they speak more than many words...it seems despite the quite high price, comparing with termas, you get really the best Brazil could offer.

I agree, she is for me easily a 11 :D as face, I guess the body looks the same high level and the services/attitude too.

Strange there is no taxa de saida, as the similar clubs in Curitiba and Floripa, but there you get into for 100 reais and fee of exit is another 100, so I guess it is already included at the beginning.

The cafe foto website says that there is an "upstairs club". Have you been there? How is it different from the ground and first floor?

Do many of the women at cafe foto speak english? I am trying to learn some portuguese, but it is very slow going.

bb5[/QUOTE]Hell. Entrance fee at a bigger Rio termas is R$60 or R$70 (without taking advantage of an, early bird, free admission coupon or half-off if you session promotion). And the drink prices are getting out of hand at the termas. The Strawberry Capirinha prize that I had to buy for my samba dancing Mel at Luomo was R$22! (But the half-hour we spent together just laughing our asses off was worth it and I drank half of it!) So R$190 with 4 drinks, no waiter tips, no entrance fee, no take out payment, in a class no-hassle joint with top-shelf sexy talent. Doesn't sound outrageous to me by comparision. Thanks for the report.

I actually had to be direct to the first girl that came over at each place and that seemed to send a message to the other ladies that I wanted to chill for a few minutes.

At Monte Carlo, I had a young lady (with braces - noticed about 6 ladies with braces on their teeth at both places combined) come and sit in my lap right away - within minutes of me sitting down. I offered her the chair next to me and she refused and stayed seated in my lap. So I stood up and she nealy went tumbling on her high heels. I again politely offered her the stool next to me and she just kept grinding her ass against me. She had a nice ass - I'll give her that. But I told her again that I wanted to chill for a few. She took it personally and asked if I knew any of the ladies there. When I mentioned a few names she said "oh they're my friend and maybe we can do a dupla". I finally had to walk across the room to another lady that was smiling at me to introduce myself to get away. The smart ones know how to right the moment. Then again some of them just sit with their arms folded all night.

Ground floor is always open and busy.

I've seen the first floor open only once, the upstairs club is good for a chat or a dinner with the girl You've met.
Nothing too exclusive as they try to put it on their website.

bb5[/QUOTE]The website definitely gives the impression that it is very expensive upstairs. They have a menu with no prices. Always a scary sign. Have you been upstairs? One thing that I am always worried about is being handed an inflated bill. Do you think that will be a problem at Cafe Foto? Another poster in this thread referred to this phenomenon at another club.

bb5[/QUOTE]I do not know if the policy has changed in the past six months but the upstairs room was a members only deal. Most of the girls I have found work the lower floor. I was told by one of the girls who works there that business has been pretty slow so maybe they do not open the upstairs room all the time. As Bobo5 mentions in his report unlike other places there are no nasty surprises at the end of the evening. Like Napoli you got to see it once before you die.

Gentlemen,
There are 3 floors at Cafe Photo.
The 1st floor is always open.
The 2nd floor only opens a certain hour depending on how busy they are. (Usually saturdays 2nd floor is closed).
There is a 3rd floor which is somewhat more exclusive floor. You are to pay an annual membership fee.

Any of the experts know how to get from Morumbi to Love Story by Metro? I have been looking on the Metro SP site for the last 30 minutes trying to figure it out but I am coming up empty handed. Thanks.

Well even if you could (but you can't, as the linha 4 is still under construction from what I know) it wouldn't be very helpful, as Love Story is a total morgue until 2.20/3am, so long after the last metro.

Anyway to go from Morumbi to Centro by metro, the only way is to get off at Pinheiros (linha 9 esmeralda ) and then to take a taxi.

To continue on the Cafe Photo subject, I've sometimes met in Love Story meninas from there. As from most others upscale Sao Paulo boites (Romanza, Gauguin, ect) BTW.

[/QUOTE]Last time I went to Cafe Photo, it was a Saturday night and there were several beautiful women there. It is a very classy place. The entrance w/ drinks included is fine, not too expensive. However, be very careful if you want any more drinks after that. Last time I was there, after using all my drink tickets, I ordered a beer and was charged $35r. I was stunned. I said to myself, that's it, pick a girl and get out of here back to the hotel. The women are not too pushy, but they will definitely come up to you. When I was there, almost ever working girl there approached and chatted with me. It was a really nice atmosphere. I finally picked a Paulista, who had her own car. There is no exit fee. So she drove me back to my hotel and I did not have to pay a taxi, very cool. I had a great time w/ her for $400r, and she was a very cool garota. Everyone must go to cafe photo at least once in their lives.

Quality and price are much better at Cafè Foto than Bomboa.

entry fee : CF 190brl - Bomboa 180brl

exit fee: CF 0 - Bomboa 100brl if You want to take the girl to yr. place otherwise 80brl in the nextdoor hotel.

girls fee: anything between 300 and 600brl at both places

Btw the other night while going back to the hotel with my catch we drove by the next new CF location.
On the building they already put the Cafè Foto sign, so what was only considered a "fofoca" is confirmed.
Cafè will soon move.

I'm planning a trip to Sao Paulo on December 15th and enjoy nightclubs like Cafe Photo.

The only thing that keeps me from buying my ticket is I'm afraid that by Dec 15th, many of the girls of Cafe Photo will be gone.

Has anyone been during those dates in Sao Paulo and give me an advice as if I should go or better plan for another date?

Other alternative I'm considering are Buenos Aires and Medellin.

Any advice?
