OK just to be clear. I am a long time monger, I was on this site under a different name (letzlove) for many many years, then deleted old account due to personal reasons when I moved out of India. Even before ISG, I was a member in WSG. Long term mongers know what is WSG. Reason I am writing this is, time and again there is a post which talks about should I use two condoms, should I get BBBJ, should I do DATY. At certain point I felt I should write my thoughts on it. With many many conquests around the world, I am writing this from my experience.

First of all stop shitting yourself about HIV. It is not, let me stress again, it is not easy to catch HIV if you are heterosexual. If you have vaginal intercourse with a women who has HIV, the chance of you getting it is 1 in 2500 exposures. The other way for women is 1 in 1250 exposure. If you are a gay man and you are a top, then 1 on 909 exposure, if you are a bottom then 1 in 169 exposure. I am assuming you are in this forum because you are heterosexual. I cannot fathom the stupidity of someone taking PEP because their condom broke once. PEP takes a toll on your total body, it is not anacin for god's sake.

For other STD's, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphillis (GCS) chances of catching are at 30% from one encounter. So yes use single condoms for vaginal sex, if it breaks during sex, wait for couple of weeks to see if there are any symptoms. All of GCS can be cured, some of them with a single pill. So don't shit, it is not end of world. I stopped counting my encounters, it is in several hundreds, did my condom break in some of those? Absolute fucking-ly. What did I catch, UTI one time from a hooker in Germany. She probably takes 10 men in a day, so that's high standard for a high mileage girl.

From BBBJ, can you get HIV? Yes if the partner uses gallons and gallons of spit. So practically not possible. Who says there is no reported case on it. Can you catch other STD's from BBBJ? The chances are very less from a single encounter. Again I am not preaching to be callous with your attitude. Choose condoms in oral sex if you want, but don't shit about should I use it or not. If you want to go down on a girl, ask her to wash and if you feel it is clean, enjoy, if not move on.

On hygiene, it is different for everyone. I trim closely and I sweat minimum, so never had a problem. Use trimmer, easy cost effective.

DFK, for god's sake, nobody can ever catch anything other than common cold from DFK. If someone is so scared they use anti bacterial wipes before kissing a working girl, time to find a new hobby.

And as last words, Yes safety is important. Mongering is a game, like hunting. It is fun but like any other sport, it comes with its won risks. You can use all the protection you want, but still there is chance of something going wrong. We need to accept this risk as part of the sport we are in and enjoy the game.

I have a doubt. Asking this so that I can better understand the context. When you say single encounter how do we understand. Lets assume if I have GF who is HIV positive and if I fuck her then do you mean theoretically if fuck her 2600 times I can catch HIV once or if lets assume a working girl has HIV I may not fuck her lets assume more than once in a life time then won't I get it. If I were one of 2500 customers that girl services I have chance or what.

Sorry mate I may sound stupid, I have always not been able understand probability from school days. Am asking this specifically because it's a risk every member in this forum needs to be aware so that our hobby does not consume our lives. In respect of PEP I completely agree as it's surely will impact liver and Gut as it's very strong drug. But you have no chance as you need to be on it.

With in 72 hours from an exposure. I suggest that PEP is taken if you are Barebacking by mistake types. Also doctors have said bad odour does not have any correlation with HIV.

Dr. Lal provides combo result for HSV-I&II IgG and IgM antibodies. HSV is quite tricky, confusing and misleading test. I would suggest to consult a Venereologist or Doctor specialized in infectious diseases.

Coming back to your question, IgG indicates an earlier infection compared to IgM which indicates recent infection. Some times the combo tests of HSV-I&II could be equivocal or false-positive. I'm unsure if you've any noticeable / visible symptoms like sores / blisters, if you've any such symptoms, the more deterministic way to test is PCR method. If you don't have any such symptoms, you might want to get tested separately for HSI-I & HSV-II IgG & IgM antibodies.

Finally, to answer second part of your question, if one is infected with HSV, it will be dormant forever in the body, however, the symptoms could be managed and mitigated during outbreak by using Antiretroviral medication.

However, since Dr. Lal provides combo/composite result, it is good to isolate:

1.) Whether Test results are equivocal or false-positive.
2.) Type of the strain HSV-I or HSV-II.

This is not to scare you. You can catch HIV in a single exposure too. 1 in 2600 times means, you can catch anytime during 1st intercourse to 2600th one. As I mentioned, if you are unlucky you can catch it in the first fuck and not in subsequent 2599's. It is a probability, so it may not happen even after 2600 exposures. It is not 100% sure that you will get HIV even after 2600 exposures. It is same with GF or WG. Say if you fuck 2600 girls who have HIV, there a (one) chance that you get HIV from one of the girls. It is your 2600 count not hers.

So basically don't take chances. Wear condom all the time.

You should consult an Andrologist or Sexologist. PME is complex/composite function of physiological and psychological issues. Andrologist or Sexologist is the best person to ascertain and advice appropriate remedial measures. Normal/average time for ejaculation is a debatable topic, 10-30 minutes is the average/normal duration as per my knowledge.

The viral load comes down after the immune system develops antibodies and starts fighting the virus. The statistical figure of 1 in 2600 is not for the recent infections. Not worth the risk at all. Pleasure is for a moment, HIV is forever.

So should I test again for HSV? The value is quite high on the index like near 35, is it advisable or can the test be actually wrong?

As far as I read PE needs many hourly therapy (Psychology) session. There is no pill to fix the issue so beware of such products in the market. Good luck.

I had a discussion (serious one!) with a friend that these pills will not help to address his PE they only for ED. I have no experience with the tablet for ED or PE. Please share your thoughts. I've responded to contact Andrologist or Sexologist to isolate between physiological or psychological issues, post that same doctor can refer to a Psychologist as required for therapy and counseling. Hope it clarifies.

As far as I know PE can be cured only by Kegel and breathing exercise. As a hack you can mastrubate two hours or an hour before the deed to reduce PE impact.

Please note that I am not a doctor so my advice is based on my research for my problems or what I have discussed with mongering friends. But Kegel is a time tested method which has cured PE for people. However, like all exercises the impact stops when you don't do. So 3 to 5 days a week is a must.

30 days is an adequate window-time (except rare cases) to get tested for Antibodies, however, for Antibodies tests, 90 days or 180 days is good window-time to be really sure. If you really want to know the status after 4 weeks of the latest exposure, PCR is more effective test, it directly looks for virus, but it is expensive.

Lalaji's Pathology labs' STD Panel test costs INR 2.8K across India, it usually includes combination of HIV-I&II Antibodies plus fourth generation P24 Antigen test or you can also get tested for fourth generation P24 Antigen alone. Across all franchises of Lalaji's lab, one need to sign HIV consent form prior to giving blood sample.
