I'll be in Forta for a week (with the wife) and can't afford hassles with the policia. So I'm considering skipping out to a motel for an escort break. Is this a viable plan? Are the escorts timely? Are they 7's and 8's or worse? Anyone have any agencies they can suggest?

It is strictly a take out place, no rooms on site, but unlike ordering from the website, you can sit and have a drink and talk to the girls before you decide who you want. I believe the prices quoted there are about the same as on the website, around R200-250. Probably has the best looking girls I saw in Fortaleza, although almost all the girls are from other states in Brasil, not from Fortaleza or the state of Ceara.

FYI, there is a R30 drink minimum there, but if you just order a bucket of Brahma and share it with a couple of girls there, that should cover it, and that includes the entrance fee too. I'm not sure if the prices are for one or two hours since I never actually took a girl from there, but I got the impression that it was negotiable with the girl. Just ask any cab driver how to get there, they seem to know the *****houses better than anyone in Brasil lol.
Also, if anyone needs a good apartment to rent in Fortaleza, I recomment going to Flatshop on Av. Monsenhor Tabosa. I was able to rent a large 1 bedroom apartment with a partial view of Praia de Iracema for only R50 a night. They have more expensive ones as well with more ammenities (cable, air cond. etc.), but with the sea breeze coming in, I didn't even feel the need for A/C.

Guys you are paying much too much in Fortaleza, thats the reason we get out of RIO.

You can score for less than $R100 on the beaches and bars.

Can you fly from FOR from NYC without going through Rio or SP? I would love to hit Fortaleza, but dont wanna go all the way to SP or Rio to fly back up north for 5 hours!

Same with Salvador. Is there direct from Miami or something to Fortaleza or Salvador?

No, all flights from the US to Brazil go to Sao Paulo or Rio first. On top of that, every connection to Northeastern Brazil is less likely to be a direct flight because the more stops they have the less money the airlines lose with empty seats. Since almost all international flights to SP arrive in the morning, you would have to wait at least 8 hours for connecting flights to the northeast from Guarulhos.

That R180 you paid in May at Clube de Whiskey in Fortaleza. Was that for one or two hours? Did you have to pay entrance fee or buy drinks for yourself and the girls? If so, how much did these extras cost? Also, please remember May is probably not the High Season in Fortaleza - at least it is not in Rio. So prices in Fortaleza could go up later this year.

You have three daily flights between NYC and Sao Paulo, all of them arriving in the morning, between 5am and 9am. One is a codeshare flight American Airlines and TAM, another United and Varig and the third a Continental flight but flying out of Newark.

You should have no problems catching a connection to either Fortaleza ( 2 ) or Salvador ( 3 or 4 ) in time to be there by lunchtime. The only drag is that you will have to change airports in Sao Paulo, from Guarulhos to Congonhas. It took me two hours last year early in the morning because traffic jams are unbelievable!

Didn t check flights from NYC to Rio but anyway you have much better connections from Sao Paulo to other cities in Brazil , SP is the brazilian hub par excellence!.
