Not all ads are genuine. The existence of reviews is no guarantee. But I think at least a few credible looking reviews is a good sign. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. But there are many beauties and bargains to be had.

However, given your limited time, you may be looking for more of a 'sure thing' than hoping you can get a reliable AW girl and who is free at the time you want. Paddington (easy with the Heathrow Express) is full of independents, as had been pointed out, but you could also book a Lady Marmalade Party (orgy - see separate thread) if that might be something you fancy. Book a two-hour slot or more - preferably in advance but they may have spaces on the day so worth trying. Very professionally run outfit and walking distance from Paddington.

On the Piccadllly line its about 40 minutes to South Kensington station. The nearest stop to HOD. No need to change and from there its a 5 minutes walk. To HOD.

But I thought the OP said he was landing on a Sunday when HOD is closed, as well as LMP.

Hyde Park Corner or Green Park still on the Piccadilly line are minutes away from the Walk Ups in Shepherd Market Mayfair.

But you could, as a reasonable plan, get a couple of recommendations from someone who has just mongered with them, say a week before you arrive, then phone them the day before to confirm a booking (rather than just book on the website alone) you might have a good shot. I would think you ideally need someone who is near (ie walking distance) from a tube station so you can locate and find her quickly.
