As for legitimate massage. There is the Four Seasons opposite Flamingos. Given it's location it was surprisingly, and disappointingly, legitimate and fairly good. I've had good massages at Blue 7 Khmer and Islands in Siem Reap and they both have branches on Sisowath Quay.
There is a place called Sokun's Place on Sisowath near Street 104. I've hear that it's a hair salon downstairs and a massage place upstairs. The massage is supposed to be good, but they will also finish you off with hand relief if you fancy it. That's a theory I plan to test soon.
