Even with a super conservative estimate, there would be atleast 200 Spas in Kochi, of which even 10 would not be same sex. Almost everyone I know has cross massage. In any case, you don't need anyone's advise on this one. Just call up the Spa in the Hotel you want to visit (you are better of taking an appointment in a 5 star Spa anyway), and ask them if it is cross massage or not. It is not an offensive question at all and only after they confirm it is cross, make an appointment.
