And you often see customers hanging out with the manager and ignoring the ladies.
Catflaps in Pratumnak has a circular central bar area which is mostly filled with Farang customers, while the outlying booths may be empty, and the ladies sitting by the door. A very common sight.
Same at Maggie Mays. The barstools can be filled with Farangs, while the booths are empty, and the ladies hanging out outside.

I personally want to go inside the lay of the land and see what is available. I think the sitting outside a ploy to lock you into a choice immediately if you walk in with a girl you are interested in. The most fun I have when I am in a Gentleman's Club.
