I have compiled the following Locations in Lima as places where you could find action, mostly in the 20 soles range, maybe more in the hotels. The locations aren't specific, but you can find your way around with some basic Spanish language knowledge.

I had that problem in certain computer stores in Argentina.

They had parental guidance restrictions on their computers.

I don't think they can block your personal computer.

Yes, governments can and do block sites from your personal computer that are sexually oriented. As examples, Indonesia blocks access to ISG; not to mention porn video streaming sites from your PC. Thailand also blocks porn sites and at times, I cannot access ISG when my wifi is engaged. However, I use t / mobile for my phone line and US phone number and I can access ISG and other sex oriented sites as it does not arrive via the Internet.

My money and wallet are always hidden, except for the money I carry for the night.

Only been robbed once it 10 months and I lost 100 soles or so to a pickpocket. Now I carry my money more securely too.

Harem isn't a bad option on a Sunday night, nice medium sized strip club with takeout option every girl, open until around 4-5 AM. Most girls asking price is around 100 bucks. Mix of Venezuelan and Colombians. Each beer is 30 Peruvian. This place is in Miraflores not far from Pizza on the highway (Republica I think it's called). Lima has got ton of options obviously, but my advice to anyone would be to get either a local wingman or find one or two buddies. Everyone says it's unsafe, I never felt unsafe, but this seems like the right thing to do. Don't venture out into other areas much if you are on your own unless you know where you are going.

Get SIM card early, the wait in Claro is about an hour to get one and I regret not getting one on day 1.

I tried a few numbers from PeruTops using Skype phone call and never got through. I never figured out how to make use of this website. As far as clubs go, Bizzaro just around the corner from Pizza has great electronic music, actually two dance floor one local music and one electronic- deep house. Everywhere else is reggaton and I honestly got sick from it hearing it all day. Gotica has amazing girls! Was there with a date but got impression would not be hard to pick up there but not every girl is available. There are some insanely hot European looking girls there.
