And limited windows in some of the bedrooms isn't surprising, Paisas don't value views as much as foreigners in Medellin, hence the designs of the buildings, at least the older ones didn't focus much on that. Penthouses technically are the top floors of apartment buildings, but don't always mean they include enhanced amenities, except some have large terraza's and balcony's.
