Curacao

It is indeed a fairly big problem with the raids. It starts at the airport with immigration giving any single girl (especially from Venezuela) a hard time to enter the island. A couple of months ago, a local friend took me to a relatively quiet bar where there were a few girls but nothing special. So we just sat at a table chatting while the girls were busy with a group of guys on another table. Suddenly, a bunch of cops descended on the bar and within seconds they had rounded up the girls and handcuffed them. Even worse, on their heels came the local press looking for spicy pictures for the local rags. Quite a traumatic experience to be questioned by the cops (had to show IDs, and then they lost interest in us). We managed to escape in the confusion to avoid being featured in the news the next morning!

According to this local news article Campo current management team has been fired by its Dutch owner with exception of one. Seem like part of a few measures to come to restructure the place again.

Hope this all will be in benifit of the place.

Coming to Curacao on weds via cruise ship. I think we leave the island at 6 or 7 pm. Is it worth visiting Campo A that early in the day, or should I just skip it? Any other advise?

Thanks.[/QUOTE]If I remember correctly you'd mostly be walking uphill. I wouldn't really recommend it. Plus you'll be sweaty when you get there. Campo is an outdoor bar so nowhere really to cool off. I dunno man I just couldn't enjoy the place to it's fullest under those conditions. I'd just eat the cab fare. Try and talk him down a bit.

Will be staying till 8 pm (must be back on board at 7:30), so that means I could probably get there as late as 5 or so with time to have at least a little fun. Still too early? Be prepared for some very aggressive women trying to drag you to their cave LOL it's annoying.

A good thing is that you can get them to lower the price. At night I saw somewhat better quality but I had somewhere to be so I couldn't stay long enough.

That place needs quality control urgently I am a local BTW I am assuming you are from the states and you may have a totally different experience different experiences.

Should have reached out to the board a few weeks back when I was there but the selection of ladies was really terrible. It was 2 months since my last visit so some of the same ladies were still there; but unfortunately the ones that impressed me last time were all gone, I guess there was some kind of uprising. I kept in touch with this Dominican chick who got voted off the island, wouldn't go into detail about her early exit, but I did hook up with her while in the the. Are. The baddest chick there now IMO is the Panamanian that always wearing the tight gold shorts. I had her last time but she really was really acting like a ***** this time so I passed. I'm going to wait several months before I return unless you guys have good reviews.

A Quick update on Campo and the Bars scene. Campo is packed again with girls. Some fellows here just don't have luck and visit the place on bad timing, and afterward based their judgement just on that. Let me tell you I went last Friday and had difficulty choosing girls. There were too many stunners didn't know were to start seriously. I have to reiterate that in my opinion Campo is the best place in the region if you like quick action (fastfood), you will just fuck your brain out period!!

Now having said that, if you are like me and like some serious hunting once in the while to stay sharp, then the Bar scene is currently your best bet. The police raids continue to strike almost every week that is the bad news. Good news is new bars opening every month with tons of new girls. I updated the map again. You will notice that I took a few spots off the map because they have been closed, but yet others came in there place. I colored them based on how good I found them so you know where to spot first. My favorite list is currently in this order:

1) Flor de noruega (aka Cuba weg).

2) Tasca Bar.

3) Don Quijote Bar.

Tasca is not new on the scene but the last weeks it became one of the best spots after 3. 00 am. You will find a lot of fine ass Venezuelans trying to seal a deal.

Don quiijote bar has been remodeled and is slowly picking up again after the last raid, I will keep an eye on it for the next weeks to come.

Whats the going rate at Campo? And is there any exit fee? I might go next year.
