In my experience RP always has a good choice. Makes me laugh that some of the people here seem to think theres any sort of skill involved! LOL.

As you know, I have just joined. Spent some time looking through photos today. With so many fit girls, why do so many choose average or ugly for the sake of saving $50? ! Pretty does not guarantee a great time, no more than average? ! (Why so obsessed with cost? )

I have only ever stayed at Premier Palace. What's the story with the wildly expensive new lap dance club on the top (6th? ) floor? Awesome women, but looks VERY expensive and a rip off like (too) many? Looks like you could spend $1, 500 before any take out is on offer!

I am not sure what planet you have been on for the last five years but that was just about the last time Kiev wages may have been $150 per month. Right now average wages are $600-$750, much more in some specialities.

As for a laborer, he may be getting much more. There really is a labor shortage in some areas and construction and "home renovation" workers are in extremely high demand. These guys really rake it in.

I do not even think that even in the provinces people make $150 anymore. That really is about the right "normal" amount for a pension.

As for cheap services, the best in a brothel is about $80 for the hour. You can get less sometimes, but that would be $60 and no less.

There is another option but that is both dangerous and only for locals. Where the Ring Road and Prospekt Podedy meet, and at a few underground passgaeways on the lft bank (a moveable feast due to police action) you do have the drugged-out, disease-infected h@@kers.

I have passed by and seen this sore on the landscape, never stopping. It is not worth the risk, these are for those so desperate that there is no pleasure in sex, just release of needs.

If you cannnot afford $80, which locals pay as well, then do not even think about coming here.

Uke, oh great information god of Kiev please do not be offended.:) But you can still find internet girls for $60. You can also find working girls near the park just pass Victory Square. Also I have seen more then one or two good looking girl 'working' on Khreshatic during the recent spring like (over for now) weather. Including one very good looking girl I saw at the corner of Khreshatic and Schevchanko w/ two gf's. If I didn't already have a girl with me I would have introduced myself. Note to all, this does not mean you will find swarms of working girls on Khreshatic or any at all. It's an occasional occurance but with the rapid increasing of prices and inflation in Kiev...

Fox, if you want to go to a strip club where there is lots of eye candy and moderately expensive go to one of the Rhino clubs. There is absolutely no take out but it will be much less expensive then PP. How much are the bar girls charging at PP these days? And are they still super hot? Also, if it was me and I was spending $xxx/night for a hotel room I would be staying at the Hyatt, although IMHO PP does have a better location.

As far as River Palace goes, there is indeed no skill in walking up to a girl and saying 'how much'. The skill comes in getting an 8+ for $200/night. If T66 is free tonight I would be more then happy to demonstrate. :)

When was the last time you went to kiev? have you not seen perhaps people may be earning more than $150 a month these days even bloody miners in Donetsk earn $500 now!

By official statistics the average wages stand now at 300$ per month for the whole Ukraine and 505$ for Kiev city.To do a comparison in 1999 they were 45$ for the whole Ukraine and in 2003 just 87$.

In Moscow they have surpassed 1100$ per month since July and in Russia on average they stand in 600$ per month.Wages in Russia in 1999 were like Ukraine's in 2003 and wages in Ukraine now are like russian wages in 2004-2005.So we can suppose that Ukraine lags 3 years behind Russia regarding wages which means that after three years the average wages in Ukraine will stand at the level in which they are now in Russia with Kiev surpassing the 1000$ per month limit.

If you read the 2004 reports from Moscow you get an idea of the today's situation in Kiev.

If you then look at some Western companies accountes. You will see they opereated with big loos in Ukraine. It is not uncommend that in some copanies half of the produktions is stolen. then put that to official static salary and the living conditions is not as bad as many think.

Telos: I think the 'dodgy' drinks are more common than we thought?

Cruiser: I have not noticed many bar girls at PP and the few I saw were very average. Guess the management are not so keen to let them in hoping more punters will go to club on 6th floor? Had a quick look last time and all girls looked 9 or 10's but drinks and take out loopy expensive!

RP usually about $300 for 2-3 hours which is fine by me. Usually go for hottest girl in the place. Not bothered about saving $50 or getting another hour, as in my experience a freebie to follow is very doable if you treat them well and I don't mean buying stuff for them!! Not to sound grim or anything but that is reality. Our hobby isn't exactly building model ships.

The concept of "cheaper" depends on situation. When I'm in Kiev, I'm on my firm's expense note, so I don't care about hotel, restaurant or clubs bills. I use all of this to my full advantage. :-D

Fox, PP is not anymore the top of the crop. Hyatt impresses a lot more. If you are on corporate expenses I would recommend it. Hyatt is also girlfriendly so far and you have nobody approaching you for tips and registering girls like in Radisson or PP.
The strip club in PP is a total rip-off. You need to pay overpriced champagne and then $500 for a quicky with the girls. They cannot go lower due to the fees they need to give back to their managers. So you are right $1000-1500 is the minimum requirement. Never tried, because for this money you can find a crowd of even better looking gals wherever you want. In general I think that stripclubs in Kiev are no-sense

I was 3-4 times in PP in more than one year ago, First time I was in Kiev the first p4p girls I saw were in the lobby there and they were really stunning looking... I understand who loses his head in front of them at the first arrival. I was among them.
After some days in Kiev I understood thay are just medium-high average in Kiev and that comparable are available almost for free (after some effort...) everywhere

CD, quantity and price are clear perfromance indicator. But can you expalin which are the criteria to assess and compare quality? Unfortunately I have to wait for a week more to participate (and lose) to such contest
