The Hotel with coffee shop attached near mouth of Soi 11 should be Grand Business Inn, as I think can eat there 24 hours, and I have. A budget Hotel (around 1300 Baht most likely) reasonable value, but has no pool and beds were a bit too hard for me, when I tried it years ago. Would not recommend ordering Farang food there. I would say that Jane used to have some means of contact with very regular clients, since sometimes she used to arrive at CH with Client in tow. Whether she still has a smart phone I don't know.
