No way a 35 year old gets 1500 for ST. Some average looking women in Bangkok are asking for even more than that.
I will post a picture from a twitterpost I found. I saw that it is a picture form a gogo bar and she was asking 1300 for a visit to her place. I asked her if its 3000+1500 for tourist but 1300 for thaimen, she just said "yes". I bought a ticket in mid-January for end of next month and paid 200 euros cheaper (only) than what I paid in November but that's because I bought it 3 month and half earlier.
I checked the current prices, if I bought it now I would pay just 100 Euros less than what I paid in Nov.
My two cents from being in Pattaya again now and this only for a couple of days so far:
Air fare might have come down but was still nosebleed compared to before Corona given the time of the year.
Some hotels seem to be sold out during the weekends but are available for good prices otherwise.
In Soi6 the girls still tend to come up with any quote you can imagine. When I innocently ask them how much they want, they'll come up with prices from 1000 to 3000 bath. Most seem keen on 1500.1200 or sometimes 1000 works with some. Given the comments from a countrymen I met here, I must have been lucky so far with just choosing a girl and not so much the place that I always had a hot shower and a nice room. I never barfined any Soi6 girl so far, I only take them up to their room. All accepted to be taken up immediately, one still got a drink first. One lady (she looked a lot younger but was already in her mid thirties) pulled out a small Deo cap sized vibrator and stimulated herself to a ton of orgasms. On the other hand, it is much more crowded than at this time of year, compared with the past.
As for ladies going with Thai men, this is Pattaya, where there is a shortage of Thai men, due to the large numbers of bargirls who come to Pattaya without their husbands.
