I'm totally confused with this part of your report. Can someone help me?
I'm now away from Bangkok and experiencing a different Thailand location. Things are different. Haven't been to a massage place and the action is in my hotel room. Standard has been separate showers and then to bed. BBBJ has been the introduction, and I've given up on CBJ because of language difficulties and the BBBJ feels so darn good. The main event has still been covered, but I have had uncovered services offered for a second round.
Yes agree very relaxed nice guy but, today got 4 pk generic calis (apcalis-sx20) 20 MG 400 bt, then walking by Soi 5 pharmacy in food land same same open 24 hrs 200 baht, this is best price I ever see, hope this helps a lot of us!
He might be a relaxed and nice guy at that larger pharmacy next to Bully's on Sukhumvit just past Soi 4 but yesterday a friend and I went in and asked what he had in Viagra and Cialis and he only pulled out a box of four 100 MG Viagra for a whopping 1,800 baht and a box of four 20 MG Cialis for a whopping 1,900 baht, no volume box purchase discount, no negotiaons considered.
We went directly to a street vendor about a 2 minute walk from there and bought the exact same stuff in the exact same boxes with a 3/2019 expiration date for 250 baht and 200 baht, respectively.
If there was some issue with what he offered being "original" for 1,800/1,900 baht while he had this perfectly suitable "generic" version in a cabinet for as low as 400 baht for the Cialis, then I would have preferred him being visibly agitated and abrasive, not the least bit relaxed and nice, and offer it to us. Even a mention that he had a "generic" option for signifantly less money would have been nice. But he didn't. BTW, we didn't ask for or in any other way indicate we wanted only "original" versions rather than "generic" if indeed that was the product he was showing us.
Instead, we stood there for 5 minutes deciding whether it was worth those whopping retail prices and then graciously declined and walked away in favor of the street seller.
Yes sure, sells genuine Viagra and Cialis brand names for those that want it, and it costs a lot more. This has been mentioned before on the forum. This is not very profitable business (selling the real thing). He certainly has the generics if you ask for them, and there is a discount if you buy a lot. They are not in the business of persuading customers to take something other than what they ask for. You get what you ask for, no problem.
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are the names of the ingredients. A buddy of mine ended up with expensive Cialis, since that is what he asked for. Same experience.
They have straight forward moderately good prices. They don't want to waste time negotiating with people. You simply should have asked what are prices for the generics, and how many to buy to get a discount. Do you go into a department store and try to negotiate a price? No. The same applies to larger pharmacies. They have fixed fair prices, and not into negotiation as is used by the street stalls. If you don't like the price, you can buy elsewhere. There is no guarantee they are absolute cheapest. They don't have to be absolute cheapest on everything to maintain their high rate of sales. Sidegra should be the cheapest, and Apcalis costs more (not made in Thailand).
This is a trustworthy no bullshit Pharmacy doing very high volume sales. I always ask what are the cheapest generics. I avoid the advertised brand names for all types of medications.
Although this Pharmacy has a large range, there are limits, and suspect medicines are not supplied. Ladyboy hormone injections are not stocked, Human Growth Hormone is not stocked. Anabolics, I don't know. Examples I happened to overhear others asking for. I hear rumours there are shops in Huay Khwang that sell almost everything.

Ask for the generics
... a friend and I went in and asked what he had in Viagra and Cialis and he only pulled out a box of four 100 MG Viagra for a whopping 1,800 baht and a box of four 20 MG Cialis for a whopping 1,900 baht, no volume box purchase discount, no negotiaons considered..
I think Syzgies called it about right. The pharmacy sells what the customer asks for, and the price is not a negotiation in the store. (At least in my experience.) If you ask for generics you will get a much reduced price, again in my experience.
I'm sure that some of the street vendors sell legitimate products that "fell off the back of the truck" somewhere, but I wouldn't place a lot of reliance on the product or its origin, no matter what the package looks like.
My two baht. TTG.

My two baht. TTG.
Can consider to try Bio-Herb Royal Honey. Online selling 880 thb per box with 10 sachets in it. Per sachet has effect for 4-6 days depends on individuals.
Experience from own self. After 40 min after consume, it takes effects. Real hard than before and prolong eject too. After 1st eject, it will go soft as per normal, but if still being arouse by partner, it will get hard again right away, just like "action upon order" Unlike Viagra, it keeps you hard all the way and Viagra are still made from medical chemicals and long term will affect Liver. This Royal Honey are made from Honey and LongBlack and Ginseng. All natural herbs. At least my own opinion, with this price and the amount of sachets, is quite worth it.
My own thoughts is for long term health issues. Pills for sure are not for me.

We were the only customers in the place. He had plenty of opportunity to suggest the generic version of what we asked for while we were discussing with him different ways to buy it cheaper from his pharmacy. No, we didn't ask for Sildenifil and Tadalifil, which I doubt 1 in 10 customers looking for Viagra and Cialis ask for. Neither did we specjfy "original" and not generic. Neither did he ask which we were interested in buying.
If the packaging on his generic brands of Viagra and Cialis have the words "Viagra" and "Cialis" on them then he was merely looking to make a couple of 1,900 baht and 1,800 baht sales instead of a couple of 400 baht sales.

The generics have their own names. Look for Sidegra, which is the generic Thai-made version of Viagra. It is just as effective, and is, like you said, about 300-400 baht. It comes in 50 MG and 100 MG. Personally I think the 50 MG is effective enough; 100 MG is overkill.

It is better value though to by 100 MG tablets and break them into smaller pieces. A whole 100 MG tablet could blow your head off. LOL. Best to take cautiously if not used to these things. Kamagra is another generic brand name and probably costs a little more than the Thai Sidegra.
I don't think Kamagra 100 MG gel packs is a good idea, since it's too much, it is hard to measure a partial dose and difficult to keep the remainder for later. Messy. Suppose you only need 25%. However others say they like it, as acts faster. I have used medication mainly to maintain erections for very long duration and with difficult girls, e. G. Stiff legs, with condoms. So I never really needed a dose to start acting in a big hurry. I always know a penetration of girl is coming up anyway, long before it actually happens including travel to Hotel, shower, foreplay, etc. From the moment of barfine.
Some guys say that putting on a condom causes them to lose their erection. A dose of Sildenafil (whichever brand) could solve those problems. Make sure a thin condom not too excessively tight.

Don't know if anyone else noticed this obvious "tell" for his methods, but that is a pretty obvious one; he does not display the boner pills in his shop. He prominently displays virtually everything else related to sex, such as K-Y Jelly / lubricants, condoms, herpes medication, anti-biotics, etc. But not the boner pills. Those he keeps hidden in the back of that tall glass display case and in a drawer somewhere. No, not refrigerated storage. LOL Just in the back of the display case or in a drawer.
He does that (they do that, more than one guy working there) because he does not WANT the customer who is coming in asking for Viagra or Cialis to know the options available to him and he wants to decide which one to selectively bring out to show, remaining stone faced and silent even deep into a discussion of how much it costs and is there a cheaper way to go on the hope that the customer will think he only carries the 1,900 baht version. I'm not saying and didn't say he was conducting a "scam" with this little bit of trickery. Just that this idea that so-called "real" pharmacies like that one are staffed by honorable and efficient scientists while the street vendor tables are staffed by shifty scoundrels is contradicted by easily observable reality.
Oh, and the boxes I spied in the back of that tall display case in his shop had the word "Cialis" all over some of them, even though they were not boxes that he showed my friend and I when we went in there asking to buy some and he only slipped out the two boxes at 1,800 baht and 1,900 baht that he wanted us to think were the only versions of it he had. I didn't see the generic Viagra boxes because he caught that I could see his secret stash shelf of boner pills back there and immediately walked over to block my view. LOL.
I'm pretty sure every box or bottle of generic Viagra and Cialis I have bought from a so-called "real" pharmacy and off the street vendors has also had those words featured on the labels. The plastic bottle of Tadalafil I buy from the street vendors clearly has the word "Cialis" on the face of the label, just like on the boxes of generic Cialis I saw in that shop's hiding place.

There really needs to be a thread dedicated to Viagra and condom talk. This thread has turned into the weekly Viagra/Cialis discussion and the Pattaya thread is the Sagami advertising thread.
EihTooms, you're really overthinking this. If you asked the pharmacist all options and pricing of original and generic V/C, he would tell you. After driving him crazy with heavy negotiation, decide which you want to buy.

I bought some Imodium there once. Worked fine. Then again, so do the boner pills I buy off the street. LOL.
If the real Foodland pharmacy is selling the four pack 20 MG Cialis for 200 baht, that is the same price I pay the street vendors for it. Interesting then that the battle lines of competition for sales of this stuff is NOT on the basis of quality, effectiveness or origin but on price.

After driving him crazy with heavy negotiation, decide which you want to buy.
Banana Boi, you haven't a clue what you're talking about. We didn't arm wrestle for an hour over how to buy his 1,900 baht boxes of Cialis for less. We asked for Viagra and Cialis, OF WHICH there is no dispute there are "original" and "generic" versions of it and he has them. Either version was available for purchase but he only sneaked out the high priced version to show us and had plenty of opportunity to introduce into the discussion that he also had a much cheaper version of it. We asked if there was a cheaper way to get it and he remained stone faced silent about it while his 400 baht boxes of "generic" Cialis, with that word printed right on the box, were within reach in his little hiding place.
If one needs to corner him into it and shake him out of his usual up-selling methods by using the word "generic" in order to move away from the 1,800/1,900 baht sale he would much rather you think is the only one available, and apparently one does, so be it. Like having to say at a food market, "Do you have bread available today in that hidden cabinet of yours? May I see ALL of your bread items to compare prices, please? That includes white, wheat, pumpernickel, raisin, 12 grain...have I left any out? How about French bread, got any? Oh, I see I should have said even French bread made in Chicago and not Paris would be fine." lol.
Anyone going to that pharmacy and reading this now knows the drill. Demand to see his cheaper stash of the stuff before purchasing. Meanwhile, the "original" versions he showed us at 1,800 baht and 1,900 baht were exactly the same versions one can buy on the street for 250 baht and 200 baht. And they also have the words "Viagra"-"Pfizer", "Cialis" - "Lilly" on them.

It's something that is always stored in the back of the shop or somewhere else, but never at the desk. I suspect it has something to do with the law, I'm not sure if they are allowed to sell them without prescription. The last time I took a box of Sidegra in the small pharmacy next to the big one, they pulled out a book in which I had to write down my name and sign. Last year I went in that big pharmacy and I wanted to buy some Sidegra, I was just back in Thailand and didn't know if price was same that a few month back. I weaited a few minutes but he was busy with some customers that had a very long list of medicines to ask him. So I decided to go and check the small one next door and the price was 180 baht. Then I went back to the big one and he told me that.
