Just took a look at a map, and the place was across from the Margarita Bar (that's what it was called then anyway) and not far from the Tiger Complex and Disco. From my hotel, I had to cross Rat-you-Thit Road to get there.

Meaning all converged there after 01:00 or Tiger Disco so I think most people will assume that place. But your probably right that it is Illuzion if it was a crowded place and if I am not totally mistaken they reside in the old Hollywood spot.

Going through the forum, it seems that the highest quality and quantity girls seem to be in the night clubs and it seems that there isn't too much info on the nightclubs here. I'll be in Phuket in April for just 3 days so for efficiency purposes, it seems Tiger Disco, Illuzion, and Hollywood are the best places to grab a stunner and go based on what people have mentioned in this forum so far. Is this correct and if so, what would be the best times to hit these places up to make sure the best girls aren't taken by that time? 3 am seems a little late IMO.

I have to wait 8 hours on the Phuket International Airport for my flight to Pattaya and I was wondering is there any massage shop with FS near the airport? I am sure the option is there on the main road or sois connecting to it but that said I have never been to it. One approach would be to go to the taximeter queue and advise with the driver if they are at loss go plan be. That said Phuket Town / Patong is less than 1 hour away in low traffic and you might as well get a taxi for 1000 THB to get some sleep or if it is night time get some action.

There you have some small shops that you can ask for anything you want without having to go through the massage.

I do not think there is places like that along main road.

Please see my first-time report in the Bangkok thread. This was my first trip to Thailand and it mentions my overall good and bad impressions, if you haven't been there yourself. Overall, I'd avoid any bars in Bangkok and Phuket, striking all bar girls off the map. FLs and massage places are much more monger-friendly and not the tourist traps bars are.

On to the report.

I only made one trip to Katherine's Massage, while staying in Patong beach. I took the cheap local bus (which took over an hour without A/C) and got a moped-cab ride back (for 600 bhat) as the entire island is a cab fare scam. Katherine's, however, did not disappoint. I went in during "happy hour" around 430 pm and was offered about 7-8 pics. I selected the two best and was shown both women in real-life a minute later. Both were drop-dead stunners considering Thailand's overall average talent level (and stunners anywhere else) and I picked one. I paid 3 k bhat which included only one shot. As we went upstairs, I got a really bad vibe from the girl, despite making every effort to get off on the right foot.
