I need to learn some Thai on how to deal with this as well. If the girl or the waitress can speak some English, I don't have a problem telling them they get EITHER a cola or Tequila, not both. But twice I've had problems where I thought it was clear that they would get one drink, not two and the waitress brought both and tried to charge me for it. The second it arrives, I refuse to pay for it and tell them I said either a coke or tequila, not both. And both times, it took like a hour to get it off the bill. Pain in the ass.

I was wondering if anyone knows about any sim prepaid plan that can work in neighboring countries such as Cambodia, Malaysia etc. Won't mind if there are roaming charges. Better to have something than buy from each country separately.

Although there were other Lady Drink hustles and heavy Lady Drink-buying pressure going on in CH before the double drink scam trend started, I think that particular one is somewhat new for them.
