I've owned rental property and know the joys of being a landlord and / or using a management company for my properties. In my country of origin real estate prices skyrocket. They do not in Pattaya. Since you're still new there you'll wind up losing your stack, your gik, getting into tax trouble preceding your deportation, and you may wind up joining the prestigious Pattaya Flying Club (google it you dumb motherfucker). At the very least you'll wind up back in Sosua (sorry Oakie). Instead of buying a condo may I suggest:

1) upgrading from Beach Road girls to another source of higher quality. That includes your gilf gik.

2) save that money to compete with Koreans for girls since you admit you have to pay more to compete with them.

3) buying a new monitor that allows you to clearly view photos and text.
