Medellin Reports

Let me tell you upfront that I am no expert compared to the other experienced members of the board. Based on my limited experience, I think the chicas quote and accept different prices.

My experience from couple of years ago when I first came to Medellin. I didn't know anything, no Spanish, didn't hear of this board, basically zero. I was on SA, so I was messaging some girls on there to see if I can find someone to hook up. My limiting criteria was that they speak English.

Chica 1, was a psychology student, part-time bar waitresses. I asked her to stay with me for 7 days. I quoted 500 USD. She said she will stay with me for 5 days, but my leave for a few hours during the day for classes etc. I said fine. Then she comes back and says, how much if I stay seven days. I said it is still the same amount, as that's my budget. So we agreed for 7 days 500 USD. This was about two weeks before I left for Medellin. Then she asked me to send her some money upfront to buy some things. I sent her 100 USD, thinking I would just deduct that from the money I was going to give her in Medellin. Anyway, I arrive in Medellin and get checked into the Airbnb and the chica shows up in the evening. We go out to dinner, buy booze and drink in the apartment, she basically wifed up. After about 3 days she was going out to class and asked me for some money, and I gave her 300 mil cop. Then after 5 days when she was leaving, I gave her another 200 mil cop. I probably paid about another 50 mil for taxies etc. Total for 5 days 870 mil cop at the prevailing exchange rate. So the rate went down by 50% almost, without even talking about it. I know it is still a bit high based my current knowledge, but I think I did pretty well for my level of experience back then.

I was also talking to another SA girl before I left for Medellin. She is an Instagram model, was a civil engineering student, and worked in tech support call center. My pre arrival rate she quoted was 300 USD per day, but she wouldn't spend the night. That was too much for me so I didn't commit to her. Just been messaging her on and off. After the first chica left after 5 days, I saw a message from this Instagram chica and messaged her in the morning about 10 am to see if she wanted to meet up. She said she could come at 11,30 am and can stay till 4 pm. I asked her how much, and she now quoted 300 mil cop. I said 200 mil cop and she agreed. This chicks was hotter than the other one, had better firm shapely see cup boobs, great ass, nice make up etc. But it was a struggle to do her. Initially she wouldn't kiss, gave me a hard time getting her naked etc. Wouldn't suck dick, wouldn't let me do oral etc. Finally got her naked, on the bed, lifted and pushed her legs back up, and fucked her standing at the edge of the bed. I think I was frustrated with her and basically grudge fucked her, without nutting for a long time. I think her body I would give a 9, but attitude and technique less than 1.

So, wild swing in the prices, by the same chicas, different days and, being in Medellin vs USA. So not sure what goes into their pricing decisions, but there is variance.

The first chick face with makeup a 8, and without makeup a 6. The Instagram model face with makeup is a 9 but without makeup a 3. So there is that. LOL.

I thought it was a skimmer or something because it was during the weekend. Weeks later I tried again. Same high amount. Went to 3 banks and all the same high amounts offered. Fine I selected my regular 400,000. During processing (counting) (but no noise) I receive the Error screen and no money. Same description on my Schwab account. Schwab finally paid both.

Arrive at Medellin bus station I try again and the same high amounts offered so I walked away. Never use Davivienda again! Now use BBVA with no fees. Highest withdrawal is 600,000.[/QUOTE]Had a similar thing happen to me in Colombia.

I was in Barranquilla and went to the ATM around the corner from the 4-Points Marriott. It was a bank of three from Bancolombia. First time it didn't give me cash and errored out. I didn't see anything like the 1,400,000. I usually use an amount like 290,000 because the 90 k comes out in small bills instead of three 100 k notes. Sometimes the machine is out of the small notes and I don't get the cash. So I tried again with 300 k. That didn't work. So I tried the one next to it for 300 k and that didn't work.

I get notifiications on my watch and phone on for all my Schwab ATM transactions. And alas, I got three for those. I went down the street to another one.

I had a similar thing with Bancolomia a few years ago, and the non-honored transactions all reversed themselves. So I waited a week or so, and when that didn't happen, I called Schwab and got the cash back for all three. It was quite confusing for them because they thought it was only one transaction because all three looked so much the same. Reminds me I need to check if all three came back. If it was a skimmer, they sure work fast. Also, never use BanColombia!

Two months later, after hearing reports of skimmers, I decided to only use ATMs inside minimarts. Used one, and somehow forgot to take my card. 30 minutes later I get a notifcation on my watch about a $300 VISA transaction with my Schwab card. FUCK! Look in my wallet, no Schwab card. Call immediately, and while I'm on the phone, another $200 transaction. Got all that money back. Love the banks! .

I've had a chica who told me she would never take less than 250 k, do a friend for 150 k and then several weeks later do me for 90 k.

If a Veracruz girl gets pulled to Gusto with a friend, she'll be asking $200 all night. If a Gusto girl gets pulled to Veracruz by a friend she'll be taking 50 k all day.

If you catch either girl on the metro and talk them up, you can get them for whatever price you want.

In the end, you find what you want, where you want, when you want, for the price you want and don't worry if someone else is paying more or less for the same thing.

I just saw last night they gov of Bogota ordered a strict quarentine in Bogota until Aug 23. IMO this means that there is no way they are going to open up their borders for international flights on Sept 1st. I am super sad since I want to see my 27 yo friend in Bogota ASAP or meet her someplace.

And of course the fact that the airlines will take your money means nothing. But the Dominican Republic is open to US tourists right now, and with no quarantines. That of course might change.

OK, thanks for your opinion and I'm sorry you are sad. What are the guys in the Bogota thread saying about your Bogota opinion? Do you have any views about Medellin? It also receives international flights.

We've seen many Venezuelan families "sleeping rough" the past few years. More recently than ever because of the quarantine. San Diego has become a bit of a Little Caracas because of the ultra low cost housing on Arteria and next to no enforcement of construction and occupancy codes.

It could happen. The situation is evolving. So far there is no change to plans to resume international flights. There has been progress with preparations to resume national flights. Stand by and keep an eye on the government web sites but beware of rumors and misinterpreted second hand reports.

Wifey was gone all day, with her mom, as they were taking her little brother for standard tests & a check-up. She was coming off her period, and told me she was very horny.
