I see that you do not have a PM activated. Anyways, do not hint the receptionist why you are there. If you are able to decipher some spa and masseuse names, just approach and ask for her or simply ask for Thai. (not a thumb rule but most thai will offer something).
Look for signals from the masseuse during the massage and strike a conversation. Then its how you take ot from there. Please do not HIKE the prices. Most of the reports here will give you a fair idea of the current levels.
