As my nickname suggests, I am a novice. Where do you find those hot, tall, thin, Victoria's Secrets type of girl in Pattaya? I see one or two walking with some guys before, but I have no idea where they are from.

Walkin in any Kasikorn Bank branch in Pattaya with your passport and your hotel business card and you are done in 15 minutes.
They charge 500 baht for the ATM card plus you need to deposit some amount into your account. Whatever amount even another 500-1000 baht.
Most probably same applies to Bangkok.

200bt is the normal fee for an ATM card.
That is true but they try to sneak a charge for 'insurance' if one is not careful which will bring it up to 500bt. I had opened a 2nd Kasikorn account up country and they tried but failed to get that BS from me

Thanks, Sharka! I do, and will do as long as I can. To each his own, for some this is normal and even spending more then this. You get a suite, a couple girls a day, etc... Of course you can get by and enjoy on a lot less but for some this is not too much. FM posted about BKK I believe, not pattaya specifically.
