Looking for opinions, and really want to avoid some of the fighting that I have seen of late. First of all, some context. I am a vet traveler of Latin America and monger of with multiple trips to CR, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Nicaragua, ect. While not fully bilingual, I am close. I am a very fit 40 year old, professional. In each country I have traveled, I have had no problem negotiating for the type of experience I prefer, with is GFE, multiple pops, and certainly well over an hour. I prefer having chicas in my own room, to drink with them, party, dance, enjoy. For said experience, Colombia and Lima are mostly simple, CR is close to these. This will be, basically, my first trip for hobbying to TJ.

So, here is the question. Who has had success finding/negotiating, ect, for GFE? I am looking for your methods, stratagies, tips. Again, not for the novice monger, but for the experienced monger who is a novice to TJ. Of course, I have read the board well, and have found that most girls in the clubs and the SW charge by the 20-30 minute time slot, and many have rules for what can be done, and what is an upcharge.

Sounds like you might be happy with an escort. You can ask any of the chicas in the zona for what you want. Price will vary with Bar girls most likely demanding the most and SG the least. If you like hunting for your meal,then this is very possible. If you want Hotel door service where you can relax before and after, then an escort would be a nice choice and cheaper with less hassles than the BG.

I'm older and really love GFE too and longer sessions of at least an hour. I readily obtain this every time in T. J. Here's how I get it. Sometimes for a cheap as $60. 00/ hr. Session.

I usually get it from more "normal" Mexicana's that are fairly new to the scene. Although depending on my mood, I look for certain body types. My favorites for GFE are Las Chevales and Tropical Bar. I spend some time with the gals buy them a few fischas so they get to know me, knowing fairly good Spanish goes a long way. Letting them know you want to pleasure them too greatly helps too. As you pointed out, TJ's biggest single problem, hooker-wise, is that it's far too gringo-ized. Everybody now thinks in 15-minute increments.

To be more-or-less assured of getting everything you want, for as long as you want it, then an escort is probably the safest option. But, if you're a veteran, you probably already knew that. Maybe an escort isn't your thing. I know it's not mine.

Obviously, then, the SGs and the BGs are where you'll be looking. My advice is, if you're such a good negotiator, then get in there and negotiate. :) My wild-assed guess is that 50% of the girls are open to the idea of a TLN. Finding one will not be difficult.

The main issues are timing, pricing and performance. If you want to hook up with an evening-shift hottie after work, you're looking at starting your TLN around 3 or 4 AM. If she wants to leave at 6 or 7, well, that's hardly a TLN. The afternoon shift is a better choice, but may be slimmer pickings, as far as beauty goes. A SG is probably a better choice from a timing standpoint.

Performance is a huge issue. You can ask, but there are no gurarantees. She talks big in the club, or on the street, but will she deliver en cama? You summarized the TJ scene clearly and concisely, and I salute you.

Phordphan has an excellent grip on the topic, and his post drips with words of wisdom.

Very often mongers lose more than their money in the land of snatches and bra straps, they lose their sense of direction and sometimes common sense. How many times have you planned your trip down the the last detail only to have it all go to shit when you cross the line. You become excited with anticipation, you just can't wait to session a sweetie, or blow a load.

A "girlfriend" experience takes a different form for different mongers. What do you want her to do? How much GFE are you prepared to buy? How much can you afford?

The girls are running a business. They are not there to like you, just to screw you for dollars. So you need to be a savvy consumer, you need to know the ropes, what to say, how to say it etc. Getting into communication with a girl might not mean you end up shopping for furniture after the session, but it might mean that she understands where you're coming from and will act as a good provider.

The one thing I would argue with, or not argue, but suggest, is that while GFE certainly varies in terms of what we want, there are some places where one has to negotiate far differently. In general, I am very clear about what I want- a girl to ACT AS IF she is in love with me for a set amount of time. As I said, I speak well, so it is easy for me to describe. I actually ask questions about how she would treat someone she is in love with, to describe it to me, ect. Also, given my profession (take a guess), I read people well, so I can usually tell if a girl is on board or pulling my leg.

From my experience, the percentage of chicas who want to "play ball" with me, and who actaully like the idea varies by place to place, venue to venue. For instance, in CR I would say that depending on the venure my hit rate is between 20-50%. That means, I have to interview, at times, a few chicas before I find a life one. In Lima, the percentage, again depending on venue, is between 50-90%. In Medellin, perhaps even higher.

As was stated by a couple of excellent posters, or at least implied, the "culture" of mongering varies greatly, thus why I asked for TJ specific guidance. It seems street girls there are programed for short periods of time, but also small amounts of cash.

For a good and sure GFE experience, much like an actual girlfriend, you need to have the girl become comfortable with you. This means repeat sessions. You both will become comfortable with each other to the point where what you want and need is easily attainable.

As far as the notion that repeat performances equates to GFI, of course. In some venues, however, you have high liklyhood of GFE on the first time. I am looking forward to the fun and challenge.
