You could bring an elephant off the street into the JW and no one would raise an eyebrow. The JW Marriott is perfectly located right on the edge of the entertainment zone. The Landmark is also an excellent choice, but the Marriott is easier to book over the internet.

The Biergarten is on Sukhumbit Soi 7. The JW Marriott is Soi 2 and the Landmark is between Soi 4 and soi 6.

However, if you are looking for quality, you ain't going to find it on Soi 7. Try Bangkok Gold.

No experience with the Hell Club so I can't comment. I've been to Eden a couple of times and it's just not my thing. In my opinion the place smells like dirty assholes. I would rather go to Spaso's in the Hayatt or Angel's Disco in the bottom of the Nana Hotel.

Tesla, though soi33 hasn't been mentioned much here as off late, if you are in BKK for the first time and only for a short time I would heartily suggest Livingstones Lodge on Soi 33; the bars there also tend to have a good selection of girls (though I have never tried) and I believe The Office had the most reasonable barfine. The beer garden is a Sukhumvit Soi 7 which is not far from Nana which is on soi 4.

Eden club is on soi 7/1 [url]http://www.bkk-gui.de/ede_eng_f.htm[/url] just to give you an idea. You get 2 ladies for 90 minutes for 3600bht you choose one and she will choose the other and you can have lots of fun.

Also try soi cowboy near bts station Askoke which is one stop from bts station Nana you can also walk it.

I wish I had a budget like yours!!! The only thing to consider about the Hell/Eden club is that you can do anal w/o turning it into a big deal. I forgot about the Angel disco, the girls there are also pricy, but provides a good WORLD buffet to choose from. Never did Spasso's, but heard great things about it, figure at least $200 for a stunner. Might consider the Pegasus for model types, don't know about the service quality though. The Beergarten is just a cheap place with desparate girls and sometimes some newbies to the business.(Fresh Meat ahh!)
I like it though as it is one of the few places where you can have a drink w/o the hassle of a noisy ***** or blasting music like most of the inane banal style BKK places.
