On a Sunday afternoon from 3-7..I would check out some bars on Av. Juarez. Strictly a crap shoot, but the Don Felix may have a provider or two, as well as the Bombin Bar, which sits below the Bombin Hotel. Also, the Condessa Hotel, a few blocks further up, and to the left, may have something.

With decent Spanish, you could look around the market area, close to the cathedral, walk around La Paz Street, and the street behind it. Some gals, who sell chewing gum on the streets, on Av. Juarez, and in the market area, use selling gum as a front to their trade as well.

If you are careful, walk over by the gym area, around the Club 4-10, and the Rio De Janerio Hotel, and they usually have something going on. But carry your bigger money bills in a hidden place, as the fine police "officers" of the city like to frisk americanos. Good luck.
