Can't agree more to Sublime00 and Possible bros. For the same reason, I just refused Ankita (in spite of all the craving I had). To make a collective effort, there has to be a consensus on the maximum rates and then we should pledge to stick to agreed rates, no matter what. As they say discipline is MUST and as a chain can not be stronger than a weakest link, each one of us has to bear this responsibility to be honest with oneself as well as to spirit of monger ship. As I am still (relatively) new, I would request seniors to pitch in and come up with baseline rates that are reasonable and realistic.

A little pain, eventually everyone's gain.
