It had a ton of beer bars there back in the late 90's, but has literally been barren for the last 15 years. Extremely prime real estate going to waste. I would think they will build there before they worry about a side street on soi 4 where Nana sits. Take Nana plaza out of that area and tourism will hugely suffer. I know I wouldn't stay there anymore.

Unless you mean the first floor above the ground floor.
