The "lobby" consists of a check in desk, a couple of chairs and a small bar off to the side. Thus any visitors will be painfully obvious as what they are. Were it me I would either chose a bigger hotel where anonymity is a little easier or meet the girl outside and bring her through the lobby myself. At the very least try to chose a very reputable agency with girls who have some experience coming to smaller hotels and will dress somewhat appropriately.
