I have paid more in SG than this and got no service. One case being of one Paro (alias Chanda) in Kanchan Palace top floor. Boy! The girl is energetic but wouldn't let me touch herself during dance. There are two buildings (entrance next to each other). When you face the building, the left one is 10A (which contains agra girls) and the right one is 10B (little low class and bengali). I doubt you entered 10B the first time as that is where girls will be running between rooms. Netai / Jagdish understand this building better. This time I was with Lagan and even he was hesistant to take us there. Recently I came to know from Deepak / Babapank that they visited one more building which is called no 10. When you go with a pro to an unknown place you are placing yourself in a situation that makes it easy for them to extort you. If you are going for an incall or outcall to a place of their choosing more times than not you are going to face such situations.
