Hi folks,

Which places you would recommend to stay? Hotel or private place (airbnb, etc.)? Which hotels are girl friendly and would have a nice pool?

Currently booked into the Pestana, but any experiences on girl policies?

Rosa club is nearly at the same level as solitas para ti, and niisha. With those agencies you are paying for 60 minutes / 75 minutes of GFE (rates 140 K to 220 K). There are agencies (and independents) with much higher fees than that. Again, is what you are looking for and how much you are willing to pay. If you are looking for a quick, all covered nut then yes, I would say they are "high class" (or HDH)' but they are not in my opinion.

Just passed by Santa Fe, did the usual roll call, but seems fairly dead. Reason I say this is 1) its a Friday and 2) Colombians get paid today, very wired. I know its only 5:30, but still, should be buzzing. I guess the action is spreading wider now in Bogota, oh well!

Anyone tried them out?[/QUOTE]It does raise red flags and it doesn't. Never been to your specific place but I'm also goin to Bogota soon and I've been trying to make some arrangements in advance. It's very difficult. I think it's a cultural thing and an adult industry thing. No escort agency will pre-book more than 1 day in advance and they require you to be in town and checked in to your place before making a booking. Half of the email addresses on websites are just for show, from my experience no one actually monitors them. Few have any regard for issues related to planning, convenience, logistics or scheduling. Unlike in other countries and cities, the agencies in Bogota don't really seem interested in customer satisfaction, repeat business, or developing a good reputation. There are a few exceptions that I've found and in fairness to the others, some of their customers are probably pretty shady and there is a need for security. But everyone, even the legit places, don't want to give out too much information, some want deposits by western union and they don't understand the thousands of warnings westerners get in everyday life not to do that. My advice, make sure you are talking to the right people-get a reference, don't trust anyone with anything you don't want to lose, and give out as little personal info. As possible, take an independent driver and always be thinking about personal security. Maybe call around to 1 or 2 other places and see if they are willing to provide an address. If so, then you know it's a definite red flag.

Anyone tried them out?[/QUOTE]There are a couple of motels and hotels near the airport, agencies and independents will have no issues coming to you, but as others stated, you have to be at the location with room number in hand for them to consider coming over. Just the way it is. Locations to go to? Of course there are, Chapinero is only 15-20 minutes from the airport, there are a large number of casas in Chapinero, most however are hit and miss, and the area can be dangerous specially after dark.

My recommendation would depend in how long you have and what time of the day you are looking to play. If during day, you could ask a taxi driver to take you from airport to some casas in Chapinero, have him take you looking for places, have him wait for you until you find a place you feel comfortable with (however don't have high expectations of the girls). If you find a place, have him wait for you, offer him a tip. If after dark stay away from Chapinero. The safest approach and probably better service, is if you just get a motel / hotel near the airport (El Dorado motel is popular with the locals and it is 5 minutes from airport), and once settled call an agency, some very reliable agencies in Bogota.

Finally, you could also just have a Taxi take you to Santa Fe.
