Apart from nos of shots and capacity, another difference is time spent by WG. Normally. I have seen in case of one shot WG is interested or pushes for immediate release, they avoid foreplay and try to wrap protection and have sex so that they can be available for other clients, while in case of full night you have time.

Otherwise no benefit to book a girl for a full night when you are looking for one shot.
