I have been a LT lurker here and a hobbyist (monger) for over 20 years so I thought it would be nice to give back to the community.
Pre-trip. I live in San Diego and I have been going to Adelita for 20 years on and off usually between relationships. My recent run started around December 2013 where I would go every other weekend. I recently started going to HK (previously always exclusively Adelita). The first time I went to HK I thought it was horrible and the meseros were obnoxious. Since then I got used to the whole HK mesero thing and actually have changed my opinion 180 degrees. These guys really work hard and do everything they can you us. The thing I still hate is when a girl comes to your table they are right there to get a drink. I don't always buy drinks for the ladies. I do a quick evaluation and if I like her then a drink. My whole thing is I get there and like to just take it all in and scope out the talent for at least 2 beers. Anytime a lady stops buy I say volvere uno hora / come back in an hour.
Before my trip I had been to HK last week (Thursday and Sat.) Both times I left without taking anyone ariba because I just wasn't feeling it or the girl I wanted was occupied. So I treated these 2 trips as recon missions. I had a visual list of the girls I wanted for this trip.

Night 1 (Thursday) - Arrive 5 pm Thursday.
First I get a VIP card. Try to pay with CC but they tell me cash only. Then I check in at Cascadas and they tell me Cash Only OK. No problem. Just wish I knew this as I could have brought a couple extra benjis. Get to the club, sit in a booth and women are stopping by and I tell them to come back later. I'm relaxing and taking in the scenary. One girl who was kinda cute by the name of Candy comes by and I tell Mesero #17 - NO on the lady drink but the asshole comes back with a drink anyways. This has never happened to me and puts me in an awkward spot so I just hand over the $8. If you see #17 - be careful. He's shady. Anyhow, nothing really comes from the Candy encounter so I dismiss her. I'm sitting there just chillin and there was this girl I went ariba with a couple weeks ago. Ruby. I had already had 3 beers so I invited her to my table. Man these girls can drink. After about 3 more drinks and a shot of tequila for Ruby we went ariba. While Ruby isn't a total knock out she is a sweet young lady. So as I quoted Steinbeck earlier. I never had Ruby on my to do list as I have a one time rule. Only do a girl once as variety is the spice of life. Ruby was fun. I might have to revise that one time only rule. SO after our fun Ruby went back to the club and I went toward Adelita. I stopped in the little whole in the wall restaurant right next to Adelita. I had a couple Bud Lites and a nice burrito plate all for 145 pesos. Score! Onto Adelita. Packed! Met some cute hotties but didn't take anyone ariba. Stayed there for 2 drinks and went back to HK. FUCK! This place rocks. Hotties wall2 wall. I just took it all in and went to my room about midnight. I couldn't sleep so I got up at 4 am and headed back to San Diego as I had to be somewhere for an 8 am business meeting. I will continue this report in another thread for Night 2 and Day 3. Stay tuned.

Night 2 - Friday and Saturday AM.
As I mentioned in a previous post, I headed to SD after night 1 because I had a biz meeting at 8 am. I made it back down to HK at 4 pm. GO to my room to get changed and WTF? All my stuff was gone. My shirts, my toothpaste, my deodorant, my phone charger. What a pain in the ass. It took me 45 minutes to work this out but magically got all my stuff back. I have no idea why nor do I care. I booked 2 nights and they must have somehow thought only 1. Anyhow I get to the club at 5 ish and tell my favorite mesero. Daniel #10 that I want that hot looking Asian girl. He brings her. Selena. She was a nice girl but didn't have the conversational English skills. I bought her a couple drinks and we went ariba. Nothing special. Good looks sometimes doesn't always mean good performance but she was a genuinely nice girl (22). After I finish I head back to HK and who was there? Yep Ruby! So I bought her a few drinks then headed over to eat at that hole in the wall that I mentioned in previous post. Went to Adelita and it just didn't have the HK talent so went back to HK. I had a few drinks but crashed at around 11. Tried sleeping but the clickity clack of high heels walking down the hallway kept me awake along with the moans. At about 4:30 am I went back into the club. The place never stops. It was raging! WOW! I ended up taking another lady arriba around 8 am and then headed back to San Diego.
What I never knew. The girls that work at HK and Adelita have to get Health I'd cards and are checked every month. That's pretty good since I haven't been checked in 18 months which I thought was good.
All in all, while I didn't do every girl I wanted I had a pretty nice time. I would return to Cascadas despite the issues I had. Live and learn! I hope this 2 part FR has been helpful to others.

It would be one thing if they had to run to the bar to get you a towel to wipe your hand but the fucker is sitting the whole time. I know the exact asshole your are talking about. The other BA is cool. Hey I figure. 25 is pretty good. Sign me up. If I made. 25 for every guy that comes thru HK bathroom on a Sat (or any day) I'm living pretty large in the T of J.
Don't get me wrong I am very sensitive to service business and believe good service = good tip. Good service does not = exhorbitant tip.
Wonder what happens when one of us tips that MF 10 cents??

But, the ones who I dislike tipping the most are the doormen. You know, the guys out front who expect a tip before you go on the "walk of shame" with the girl. Those guys literally aren't doing jack shit for any of us and deserve nothing! I'd rather tip the bathroom valet. Has anybody ever refused to tip one of those doormen clowns? If you did refuse, what would happen? Would he claim you can't leave with the girl then?
Here's what I think about tipping the men. We throw dollar bills at the girls and bigger ones upstairs, all day and all night. Because they're selling a commodity that we want, pussy. Now the men have families to raise as well, but they don't have that commodity that we all seek. So I try to spread some of the money around to the men as well. I'll throw three pesos into the ashtray when I take a leak, and he gives me a couple of paper towels. I've seen a lot worse bathrooms in Mexico so they do something, some kind of service. And I'll tip a buck to the taxi driver if I ever use one. I'll buy a taco or two from the guy on the corner. It's standard procedure to tip the waiter a dollar, that's why I get my drinks at the bar myself. I'll even occasionally get my shoes shined on the street, even if they don't need it all that much. Let the men make a little something, huh? Once I came across a cop having his shoes shined. I almost offered to pay for it. I'm so proud of myself for at least considering it. I've been to the zona 100 times, and never had a single criminal act happened to me. I've been stopped and searched of a couple of times, for sobriety checks, which is why I only drink water when I'm down there. I always drive, and if they get a couple of drunks off the road by doing that, it's okay by me. They provide a valuable service. I don't give to beggars, and I don't give to kids. The cum boys get a dollar. Just one, no matter how many of them ask me on my way out. And since I never go arriba with any of the HK girls, I just use that place as a warm-up for what I really like to do. Which is searching the paraditas for the one diamond in the rough. So I never have to deal with the robe-man / doorman. And I always use pesos. There are always several doable wall girls. They can be had for about 300 pesos which includes the room and a tip for the girl for good service. And usually there is no cum boy to tip. Then it's back to HK for some cool water, and fun and games. As part of my preparation for a trip south, I get a stack of ones, and put lots of nickels, dimes, and one and two peso coins in my pockets to tip the men.
I was once woken up by Hk's 3 stooges. Nocking at the door at 8 am. I was 3 hrs into my sleep as I had a great night that lasted till 5 am. I opened the door in only boxer briefs with a next day morning Viagra hard on. They looked surprised as I opened the door. They said that they were told this room was just checked out. Sometimes they just have idiots working at hotels. A similar thing happened to me in Reno at the sands regency at the beginning of this month. Hotel idiots are at least consistent....

They actually do a lot of work tracking the chicas as they arrive, signing them in, keeping tabs as to when they leave for the hotel & return, etc. They can by your best resource and friend if you are a frequent flyer and have some favorite chicas. Saves a lot of time roaming the bar and asking waiters if "Maria" or "Karla" are there.
The restroom guys have to shell how a lot of pesos to even rent the space so they need every quarter they can get. I tip them all except for HK the arrogant Bas#ardos.

If I negotiate an hour with a girl at a less than double price, will the room price double? What are the going 30 minute and 60 minute rates? I would appreciate any advice.
