Quality of service is a bit relative and individualistic term. Personally if you ask me both these items on your list are not at all my priorities. I have ventured in these acts only limited number of times as I am comfortable in getting both these thing done or doing, when the girl is really really very high class. (Of course for such girls I do have to pay through my nose something like 15 K+ for example the recent one which I could get in Delhi, or previously around 1. 5 year back, the one which I manage to get from the famous hotel spa in B'lore, or the one young collage girl which I found in Germany etc.)

I have taken this girl once around 2 yr back when I had gone to Mumbai and staying in the famous 5* Hotel near airport.

She was really wearing the nice decent dress and could easily come to the room without any problem.

Infections are transmitted through the medium of body fluids and the risk increases under the following conditions.
The woman is quite wet down there and you have cuts/blood on the pelvic/groin area. Even if you are wearing a condom, base of penis/groin area are still exposed to contact with body fluids of the woman. So, absolutely avoid sex with any body not known be safe under such conditions. One way you can get cuts/blood in groin region is while shaving the pubic hair. The cuts/blood might not be visible to the naked eye, but they will be there. So my advice is avoid sexual contact with anybody not known to be safe, for 4-5 days after shaving of pubic hair.
This might sound a bit over the board, but this is what I was told by a proper medical practitioner from a "Sadhan Clinic". BTW, "Sadhan Clinic" s were a chain of specialist STD clinics in Mumbai, some time back.
