If you came in to Colombia from the US, you can fly American Airlines straight into Medellin from Miami. No stopovers in Bogota, none of that Avianca stuff is needed at all.

Glad you stayed at the Nutibara Hotel, one of my favorite places in Medellin.

Is the same in 2009 not my favorite place. Couple times I stopped by and couldn't find my 9 available, only one or two 9s I saw ever there. In Fase Dos never had a problem with that.

You posted your 50K cash deal so $25 per night. Is it true? That hotel Plaza Botero looks nice, clean, spacious, even with classic Spanish architecture. Would be nice to stay and absorb the ambiance if not too expensive.

I would hate to go overseas and stay in hotels without local characters that look and feel like the Hilton or Holiday inns.

But would prefer just a basic, nice, clean, good-smelling place near El Centro or Mayorista to hang out with the local chicas.

Yes it is true I paid 50k cash for each night I was there. Like I said I've stayed there several times before and it was a slow time for them. They were more than happy to work out a deal since the hotel was empty.

* If you go there during a slow time you might be able to get a deal. You may not get $25 a night like I got but they would probably work something out with you. They only speak spanish.

Maybe stay a frank casio's place a few nights until you get your feet wet then decide where you want to be.

It can be hit or miss at both.

I haven't had a chance to get a Loutron girl yet. I really think they have the hottest girls per capita out of all the other places. I like plastic too. It's not an issue for me.
