I have made the mistake of retuning from Koh Tao by boat to Chumporn (Chumpon) and then by bus from there. That bus trip was pretty horrific. Too far. Would not do that again. Was much cheaper than flight from Koh Samui, but a nightmare trip. Looks like Nok Air does fly to and from Chumpon, but only once per day, which may not be the most suitable time.

I suggest to anyone travelling in Thailand, you don't really want to be in a bus for very long hours, like Thai people do. Use cheap flight to far destinations, and even try to book a train when plane is not an option. Not applicable for Pattaya but that is really not so far compared to other places. I have used a taxi to Rayong for Koh Samet, and a minivan to Traat and Koh Chang with at least 5 people going. That was quite long enough but well under 8 hours.

I already recently recommended "Ocean" in Ratchada Soi 7 Alley for a very low budget Soapy experience at 1700 Baht plus drinks and tips if any (for early in the evening like 7PM to 8PM ideal not really late). You can get there by subway and walk, or by taxi, or even by motorcycle is possible.

Your Hotel is very close to Cowboy and Nana Plaza gogo bar areas, however those places will not be the cheapest for your budget. They don't like Cheap Charlies there too much, especially if they see you are staying at an expensive Hotel (the Sheraton). You should consider some of the massage parlors located between Sukhumvit Soi 24 and Soi 26, or Tulip for pornstars located just under ThongLor skytrain station. Also can try girls on the street of Nana Sukhumvit Soi 4, price 1000 to 1500 Baht.

Here are some shops where I hardly ever had a bad experience: Tulip, Snow White, Mango, Chrome Bar Nuru (was called Dr. BJ Nuru), Annies. It's not a cast iron guarantee but maybe better odds than most places. GFE is not guaranteed but should be not a complete write off. I can only recall ever one really bad girl at Annies and one at Tulip.

No one can guarantee you a GFE experience especially when on a low budget. Depends on the girl and whether she likes you.

Thai girls are very sensitive to body odours. Who in their right mind is going to give you personal contact numbers for girls they have seen?
