Last Weekend I visited to Shine (translate to English) spa in P.S. At the counter there was NE as the dedicated reception person went outside for some work. I asked for the available options and she said there are 3 NE and 3 locals available but since they have 3 rooms in total and all of them are full so have to wait for 15-20 minutes. I opted to wait and had chit chat with counter lady and convinced her to give massage as I liked her attitude and figure.
