Particularly if the reason she does not work or have a job is because you asked her to quit her job or to not take a job. It would be unfair to expect a lady in this environment that you / we want to hang out with, travel here and there with, stop everything to have lunch, dinner, explore and enjoy that kind of freedom with her at the drop of a hat, essentially to live the life of a retired expat with a sizable and guaranteed income stream when that is not her financial reality in any way, shape or form. So if we want her to behave that way for a long while, months, maybe years, for our convenience, pleasure and benefit, where is the money she is no longer making at her job in order to be our daily and nightly playmate supposed to come from? Should we only choose crusty old retired and monied ladies for our playmates?
Now, if a hole is a hole and the primary if not almost sole reason to spend any time with these ladies is to have sex with them otherwise we can't be bothered, of course, there is no reason to wait for any one of them to finish her regular job before we meet them or for one of those 3-day Thai holidays to come along before we can travel with them. At the worst possible time in terms of crowds and costs, BTW.
Bearing in mind there is a school of thought that considers anyone, male or female, who marries or establishes a regular relationship where sex is in the mix with someone who has more income and assets and who pays a greater than 50% share of expenses to be a "prostitute. " Some would even argue that if you had sex with a lady after buying her dinner she is a "prostitute". I might have even shared that opinion over the years. LOL.
But now I am an old, free-living retired expat with a guaranteed income stream that far surpasses that of virtually any non go-go girl, non escort, non P4 P, regular civvie girl I am likely to meet. I have spent the past decade or more experiencing hole after hole after hole on a daily and nightly basis here in Thailand and, lo and behold, have met a regular girl who has never worked as a P4 P girl, has barely even heard of ThaiFriendly or Tinder. She is 26, fluent in English, well-educated, sweet as they come, I would say adorably cute leaning well toward Lovely, is more sexually satisfying in every way that matters to me than all but the most rare P4 P girl or even regular girlfriend in my life and is a hell of a lot of fun and good company for anything we do together.
Overall, it is very much like the scenario you mentioned. I met her working in a restaurant. For the first several weeks it was dating, romance and sex with zero money in exchange for it. She had a job, not a great paying job, but a job. She paid all her own bills, rent and so on. Yes, I picked up the tab for dinner, movies, exploring, whatever. But she was adamant I would not be paying for the sex we had. She began to stay overnight at my place more than in her apartment, at my urging.
But, by god, I grew to hate her work schedule. It was interfering with our fun time together. Which days, which hours she worked, all day, many times until 2-3 am, the usual crappy young girl server in a late night restaurant-bar work schedule. I no longer wanted to fit my fun and my time with her around that crappy work schedule. Or much of any full time work schedule really. My crappy work schedule days are over. But if I wanted to be with her, which I did, and if I expected her to keep her job and pay her own bills, then I was back in a world of crappy work schedules.
So, at my urging, she reluctantly quit her job so she could hang out with me on my retired expat with a guaranteed income stream schedule. For how long? Who knows. It has only been 2-3 months so far. Oh, she is back to being a university student, taking language classes 1-2 days a week. It's great. She comes home in the afternoon wearing that black skirt and white blouse and it is a major violation of youth event I have to say she enjoys perhaps even more than I do. If that is possible. I replaced her monthly income at her old job, which roughly equaled about 1 week of my usual fuck and suck go-go girl and FL budget. I would have said getting it "free" is more expensive than paying for it. Not so. I am saving a ton of money in this arrangement. Also at my urging, she has kept her old apartment and pays the rent for it out of, to me, the relatively insignificant sum I give her each month.
No doubt about it, the one big thing neither she nor any one girl can provide me is variety. But so far I have not really missed fucking and getting blown by other girls. I prefer to be with her. Again, for how long? Who knows. Oh, I still have enough free hours here and there to squeeze in a pop with other girls in the area. Hell, I live in Thailand.

I have been following the Pattaya convo for a while now and doing my research. Thanks to all for the updates and reports. Especially Enternational, Explorer, Lancelot etc. I am returning to the action after a long term relationship break up and am looking forward to it! My tickets are booked to arrive in Pattaya via BKK from AUK on 23rd July for a 5 night stay on my way to LHR.
