i was there in nt recently, and while staying at the novotel, i found a very good mp about 100 meters to the right as you leave the entrance. i forget the name, but it is in the next small hotel area, and you can see the 'massage' sign from the street. 200 was the tip after a good long massage that also finished very nicely twice. :)

I was recently back again at the disco. On the positive side, quality is going up. Still lots of 6-7s, but this time I felt there were maybe 2 girls at the 9 level and another 2 at the 8 level. Not bad. Problem was the price. The hotter ones would not budge from $100 all night and 1 million dong 2 hrs. In the past, they had used this pricing as a start to negotiations. Don't know if this is a new policy, or if I was just unlucky. They seemed willing to pass up the business rather than take a couple 100,000 dong less. Don't know if this has happened to anyone else.

I was there a couple of months ago and settled on 1 mil VND for all night.

Current prices in Danang, ST 500, 000 vnd, LT 700, 000 vnd. Do not pay anymore. If they are insisting on the prices you stated they are taking you for a ride. Leave and go somewhere else.

Yes, that's exactly what I did. I agree those prices are excessive for Da Nang and walked out. I have a few girlfriends in DN, so I just resorted to them. At the disco, I was just surprised that they were willing to let me walk out the door. Several girls suggested that we text each other, so maybe they were unwilling to accept less in front of colleagues - and I was only focused on the hottest girls. I like the set-up of the Royal since you have a decent gf hotel with disco below. But at those prices, I'll look elsewhere.

Since you know DN, what other gf hotel and discos do you recommend?

For GF hotels I have never had a problem anywhere in Danang as long as you are discreet about it. Even 4* hotels like green plaza are GF if you go about it the right way.

Do you really want him to confirm that EVERY girl in a given nightclub, bar, disco, restaurant or whatever is a prostitute? Every single one? For sure? That there is not a single one there with friends or a boyfriend? Is that possible?

It's quite obvious in most places who is working at a place and who is not. Also, I was just trying to get an idea of the general vibe in places, not asking for details on every specific individual girl. Even something along the lines of 50% would be sufficient to know what my odds are. It just seems that in many places in Danang, the girls generally dont do anything at all outside the bar/club.

You cannot compare anywhere in Vietnam to Pattaya, it's like comparing apples and oranges, they are very different. If your expectation to finding girls in Vietnam is like finding girls in Thailand than I'm sorry, it's not that easy. However the girls are there to be found, not as obvious as in Thailand, but once you learn how to find them the quality of the experience is far better. The places I mentioned are all hotspots, even 17 Saloon, however don't expect to just walk in and sign the deal in 15 minutes, doesn't work like that in Vn unless you are connected.

As for how many girls do the deed, well that depends how you play the game and the game in Vn is totally different to Thailand. If you are looking for a walk-in find a root place then New Phuong Dong, Vegas nightclub and Festival nightclub are your best bets. But like I said, not comparable to Thailand. Things are easier in HCMC but equally as hard in Hanoi.

If your craving easy Vn pussy, walk in take out, go to Impenama bar, Orchard Tower, Singapore.

Oh, I see, you meant the staff working there? This is not Thailand, the staff are not prostitutes, they are waitresses and bartenders. Of course you can make a friend anywhere and it there can be a satisfying result, but at places like 17, they are just the staff, it's not their job to go out with customers. VN is not like Thailand at all. No similarities in any respect at all.

I just came back from a tour in North Vietnam.

We stayed at the Himlam Hotel in Dien Bien. It is a bit far from downtown but the area is really nice. It is a tourist center with pool, tennis, and Massage!

They charge 10$ for foreigners, and 100K for vietnamese. The girls are 7-9. This is a real brothel in fact, as every massage room has its own shower and that most of the girls are not doing more than 20mn massage and then wait for the happy part.

As my wife was around, I didn't get too far, and just released the pressure once. The girl was in her 30s and was a real masseuse from HCMC. I could play with her body for 200K.

Too bad my wife was here.

I offered a massage to my guide, and his girls stopped after 20mn and was pushing the monkey and tickling his tits waiting for something to show up. He is a young guy and didn't wanted to get caught, so he just refused it.

I am planning my first trip to Nam in May. I have read most of what has been written on all of these threads over the last two yrs and think I have a pretty good handle on it. As fas as HCMC goes.

My question is regarding the beach areas. It seems that the Nang is not a very good place to visit for the beach or the women?

Based on this I have narrowed my options to:

Mui Ne, quiet, relaxing, not a lot of traffic or people. Probably a BYOG place. Cannot fly here, only bus/train, both take 5 hrs! Cost is like $5 for bus/train. It is only about 120 miles from Saigon.

Nha Trang. Bigger, busier, more developed. Not necessary to BYOG. Distance is very far compared to Mui Ne so fly is the only option.

Based on this my plan is to (hopefully) find a keeper in HCMC and spend a "romantic" couple of days in Mui Ne. If I can't find a special girl go to Nha Trang without a girl and see what I can find.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
