Went to Lapsus on Ave. Independencia the other night. The guard (Henry "El Leon") wanted RD$100 for a drink when I arrived, and another RD$50 for cigarettes when I left. He offers to arrange for anything you want, even over the phone.

There were about 10-15 girls and 2 clients. Most of the girls are 5-7, but I also saw two 8s and a 9. Having them inside is RD$1500 per girl, RD$2000 to take them out (the owner gets RD$800 of those). I set up a meeting place after midnight when the place closes and took out three of the girls for RD$1000 each. Paid RD$1300 for a super-executive motel with jacuzzi and everything and later dropped off the girls close to Lapsus again.

Tried to take photos but two of the girls wouldn't, so I dropped that altogether. Only one of the three did the back door.

FYI: 1 US$ ~ 33 RD$ at the moment

I want some information about the place, like how are the girls in the area, or the girls at the hotel.

Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino


Anyone have info on this place? kinda pricey yes, $85. But Id love to have a nice big pool and be near the beach... but will I be too far from the action?

This Marriott is a fine hotel - a bit pricey but worth it. Close to a few clubs, not a far taxi ride to many, many MP's and also walkable to the shopping area where some non-pro's are great to look at. The casino also has some working girls there, but the security may or may not look at your guest and let you up on the elevators. Better to get a "garden room" in the back and then no hassles except a quick $5 to the night guard.

You won´t be too far from the action, but you will be from the beach. At least 30 minutes to nearest beach, Boca Chica. Also, the Jaragua is not girl friendly.

Lapsus has rooms now? Last time I was there 3 years ago they didn´t. Prices seem good there. Casa Theresa, Sky Bar, GPB, Remingtons (not sure if still open), Doll House and Girl House Cafe Bar, are all much pricier for in/outcalls.

Both of the building's exits had been locked from inside, and damage to a rear door suggested neighbors tried to break in for a rescue attempt, Bueno said.

The windows on the top floor were barred, leaving a single staircase leading down into the club as the only possible escape route.

The exterior, topped with domes and fake minarets evoking an Arabian palace, showed no signs of damage. No other buildings were affected in the rough eastern district of the capital known for its nightclubs.

A few family members stood outside the building Monday morning, some of them weeping.

The club had apparently closed a few hours before the fire started. In a bid to combat crime, the government imposed a law in July requiring all bars and nightclubs to close at midnight on weekdays and at 2 a.m on weekends.[/QUOTE]

This is a shame. I passed by Jazzys a few times, but have never been inside. It is located on Avenida Espana, right down the road from La Base.

Didn't talk prices.

Casa Azul- Had a cab driver take me there Friday night. Around midnight the place was dead. No guys in the place. I had ordered a drink before I realized the place was dead. I proceeded to have my drink while being stared and smiled at by 8 women standing in a semi circle around me sitting on a couch with my cab driver. It was one of those DR moments too funny to forget. Girls were mostly 5's and 6's, maybe a soft 7 or two. Didn't talk money.

Lapsus- This was actually a nice place to hang out. They had a stripper and a nice bolero singer the Friday I was there. They had around 10 girls working. I spoke to a few just to pass the time. Didn't talk money because I knew I wasn't ready to pull one out yet. While it was a nice place to hang out, my 6th monger sense tells me the chicas would not be good. A little too much english and I could easily see them asking for a lot of money then jetting. I have no first hand knowledge that would be the case, again, just my feeling.

Casa Theresa- $5, 000 for TLN on Saterday night. A really cute one got the better of me and I went along without negotiation. Sorry guys, I usually try to do my part to keep prices in line. There were about 20 or more girls working. Decent music and decent chicas.

Casinos- The jaragua had A LOT of girls working Saterday night. I would say over 20. A couple worth talking to, but I had a chica with me from Casa Theresa already. The casino in the intercontinental also had 2 or 3 girls working on Friday during the day and night. There was a real hot girl there on Sunday night. I'm not sure if she was workng, but I was too much of a pussy to find out. I think her name was carolina.

I also spent a night in Santiago. I will try to post a brief report on that thread, but briefly, I went to casa blanca and got a nice morena for $1, 500 TLN.

I will be in SD on Friday Dec 15th for a week.

I am staying at the Hilton for $95 US chica friendly. I spoke to the manager and the front desk. Only 1 guest a time. May have to sign in. I am not worried.

I have read on other posts that you can find non pro chicas at the malls and near the university. My questions are:

What mall is close to the hotel district that I can find them? Do they work for stores in the mall or are they walking around as customers? Or what mall is the best to check out?

I have read that the universities you can find np chicas. Which university and where do you hang out to find them? On campus or cafes near the university?

Is Lapus in back ot the Marriott? How close to the strip?

Also they mention malls and the universities for non pros. Which university and where do you go Do I go to the campus or cafes near the campus?

The place next door does, it's easy to confuse the 2. The girls at Lapsus are much much better than the girls next door. It's 1500 eat in, 2500 take out. And it's basically like a room at a strip club where you would get a lap dance, not bed or anything.
