Its kind of known as the FOB bar (fresh off the bus) Usually the prettier ones will move on to HK (same compania) where they can make more money. A little less of a Ho house feel since you can dance with the girls. Many americans will peek in the door and see a bunch of girls sitting in a line of chairs, and think that's wierd and walk out. But it is a good place to drink cheap beers and it does get kind of festive.

But for what ever reason, I end up hanging out in Tropicals at the end of the night.
And very likely take a girl upstairs because of it.
I think it's because it feels like a normal bar.

Have to say the last few times I did good in Tropical. Hooked up with 2 girls in there the last two visit that were very pretty and friendly with me. And they're mostly from the countryside and so I find them a little slow in the head. Worst of all, they tend to ask HK prices because being right next door and sharing the same hotel, they think that pricing should be the same.
