There are websites like Tinder, LatinAmericanCupid and others similar, also there are Apps like SeekingArrangement, Glambu and a lot of others. I, personally, have not had particularly good luck with SA, I've had better luck with Glambu, but there are lots of fellow forists here that have experienced the opposite.

I think that, with Dating Websites and Dating Apps, not being fluent in Spanish is a serious hindrance. Also, not being familiar with the cultural bias of Latin American girls ussually leads to missreading each other's intentions and expectations, which is why I give you, foreign people, a low probability (60%) of securing GFE form a girl found at a Dating App. Still, 60% is better than none and you could get lucky, but I don't think different Apps make a difference there.

Don't forget to just go up to women who you like and talk to them, assuming you are fit and take care of yourself haha otherwise you can check out Seeking Arrangements for cusco but the membership isn't cheap (though worth it if you travel alot).

Someone mentioned a hotel here having gringo parties? That gives possibilities?
