Not everyone gets to read TOI daily like some folks do and it is not just a copy paste of irrelevant information - there are some references to those who care to use the information, in whatever way they want to (and folks do use it, FYI). :-). From what I've understood (haven't been to SG), each building in the area has multiple floors with each floor having many rooms. Most girls have their own room where you visit them and then do the deed in their room if you like. Most SG girls wouldn't want to leave their 'home' turf to visit you since they would then be losing the clients to follow that night.

Having said that, if you make up their opportunity cost, some might be willing to outcall with you.

I had a great time recently in Shona Gacchi Kolkata. Thanks to reports on the forum I was well aware of the buildings to visit and the price as well as the service and hence it was very convienent.
