This forum is great, I posted 2 weeks ago a question on the best places since I only stayed 1 night in Manila. The majority recommended EDSA complex.

I stayed 2 nights ago in Copacabana hotel, the EDSA complex is just located opposite of the hotel, very convenient. I arrived early, around 8PM, not many 'customers', but plenty of girls. First had a drink in Bullets bar, but could not find anyone I liked, then headed to the Pitstop. Again plenty of girls. 2 came to me, very nice looking, especially 1. They were friends, which made it for me easy to say yes to the both of them. BF was 1400 per gril and the girls asked 2500 each. Total 7800. Probably expensive for philippines, but wow: what did I get for that! I dont get this in the states for that money by far. These girls were very horny...after arriving in hotel (had no problem with the guard at all). They ripped each others clothes off, then mine and we basically did everything you can imagine. It was my best take-out experience in my life :-)

One downside: I had to pay the BF with my credit card. Does anyone have a bad/good experience with that in these bars?

There was also a small soapy by the same name a little further up in Sukhumvit.

One evening I had a blast session with a cutie there that I had to extend our time.

After the session I realised that I had not enough money with me to cover all of the extension cost. I was leaving in 30 min for the airport. She said never mind I will cover it.

Being a gentleman I took from my wrist a new SEIKO watch purchased in Singapore a few days ago and gave it to her.
What a pity I never saw her again. But I still remember our session.

Good report. I have used my debit card 50+ times in EDSA and I never have had a problem, Knock on wood! To me it is easier to use my card, then trying to use the ATM.

Just a thought. You should NEVER use a Debit card in a bar, or as a substitute for a credit card. I can't speak (obviously) for your bank but debit card fraud is often not covered. Meaning, they can empty your checking account and sometimes it's impossible to get the cash back.

On the other hand. I agree, interestingly; the only place I have experienced credit card fraud was the US. Someone tried to use my card numbers at Wal Mart Online to buy (and ship) a ton of stuff. The only place I have been robbed by a girl was New Orleans. The only place I have had items clearly stolen from my room or my luggage was also in the US.

You would think the locals would be all over online card fraud. It's easy. Requires not much effort, in a sea of remittances it probably wouldn't be noticed and impossible to track. Yet for some reason it all comes out of Nigera. Sort of like all those Nigerian touts in Roppongi? What's up with that?

I don't use credit or debit cards in the Phils for anything other than reputable hotel, airfare or ATM. Everything else is cash. The receipts in the Phils still had the entire account information on them last time I checked. I'm continually amazed there is so little fraud reported there, they don't get they can do a lot with that info.

Man it’s better to pay for all things in cash here. I mean it this is a third world country. That being said I have never had a problem with my card being scammed. They are strict here in PI about checking the identify of credit card holders.

One time at SM I gave my ole lady my card while we were shopping in the grocery store and they would not allow her to buy a piece of gum until I showed even though she kept telling them I was in the store and just was not at the counter at that time.

I understand about debit vs. credit. With a credit card you are only liable for the first $50 dollars.

Hit EDSA entertainment Plaza last night. Hit all the bars in the complex.

Casino:

For all the hip hop heads out there this bar is definitely for you. Rap music was played the whole time I was in the place. To say I was popular is an understatement. I had two girls that just wouldn’t leave me alone begging for a barfine. One needed to be set in a damn deep freezer because this girl was hot in the damn pants. Taking my hand and rubbing herself all over promising me a wild night with her bisexual friend. They didn’t look that great but I am sure they would have fucked me into a coma. The line up of the bar was decent. There was one that I really wanted to talk too who kept giving me the eye but I let her go as I wanted to check out all the bars before taking something home for night.

Samba:

Was pretty quiet most of the girls stayed off into themselves. The lineup was unappealing I didn’t even finish my drink just hit the door.

Boardroom:

This bar was dead and the joint seemed to cater to an Arabic clientele. Line up not even worth discussing.

Cotton Club:

I saw one girl in there that made me turn my head twice. She was short but kind of chubby. I invited two over for drink. One invited herself over for a drink. The one that invited herself told me she had worked in Korea for a while she thought I was a GI. The two I invited where D-listers but they were cool and not shy by a long shot. While I was there some African guy grabbed my arm and said man don’t look so mad with all this pussy around. Believe me brother if you are out there I was not mad just my face.

Bullets:

This club has an old wild west set up. Right away was attacked by two D-listers. I just waved them off so I can look around. After they left I was accosted by some girls at the next table bought them all drinks and partied with them for a while. Met one I wanted to bar fine but was not finished checking out all the other bars so slid off after a while.

Firehouse:

This joint was rocking. Nice looking girls. Hungry. Saw a couple of girls on stage eyeing me down. Some among the spectators was eyeing me down. It was crazy. Two girls were just begging me to barfine them. There were about 4 on stage I would not have mind spending the night with.

Pit Stop:

Didn’t see anything. Didn’t even buy a drink.

Sorry guys but the last two bars I can’t remember the names. One I went in a great portion of the girls were just begging me to buy them a drink begging me could they sit it was ridiculous. I had like six of them just chilling drinking laughing having a good time. Unfortunate ladies must don’t get the pleasure of feeling defined Pecs and Abs that often as they couldn’t keep their hands from under my shirt. There was one cutie among the group that fit the bill nicely. The night was getting and old and she had everything I like. Long jet black hair, 18 years old, petite frame and a beautiful smile. Sorry punk ass telephone battery went out so no photos.

I paid the tab and barfined( barfine 1200 Peso) the cutie from the last bar with the nice smile. Got a room at the SOGO (Sogo short time hotel equivalent to Japan love hotels. 800 Peso for 5 hours) across the street screwed (tight pussy, love the sounds she made) ate some adobo and screwed some more. Took her number and bailed back to the house. All in all a good night.

Summary:

Casino and Firehouse is where it is at.

PS I got there around closing on my last visit so my scope of the place was not as broad as it is now.

Fine report DW. Your descriptions and conclusions tally pretty well with what I remember of the place, though I haven't been there for a while. I also recall an upstairs bar with the stairway next to Fire House, but the last time I was there it pretty well sucked. I'm surprised at the Php1,200 bar fine as I thought someone had told me it had gone to Php1,400.

As to those who would criticize, who cares? This is a virtual space, and it's not likely you will ever meet any of those guys. In fact, it's not likely that many of them will even come over here, so no sense wasting time even thinking about it.
