In search of a retirement Pais for Zis Report
just got back the other day from my trip to the city of eternal spring. i tried to fly out on the 11th but the airports were closed due to a snow storm here in the newark, i had to wait a whole week and change apartments. the day came and me and my two friends made our way down. i have a driver that i found my first trip on craigslist colombia here([url]http://colombia.en.craigslist.org/ers/1616480072.html[/url]). the guy is just the best of the best, and it shocks me i am the only one i ever saw write anything of him on any of the boards. the three of us paid him around 50 a day and we bought him meals, he paid the gas. his normal rate is 10 a hour, but he lived with us for the week, on our couch. ok so back to the trip, we would have preferred to have lived in laureles, but we could not find anything there to rent, so we had a place very close to the tessero mall. it was very nice looking place, and this was my second apartment through the good people at first american realty ([url]http://firstamericanrealtymedellin.c.zhf2godp1soeq[/url]). we rented this place from them ([url]http://www.firstamericanrealtymedell.eltesoro.html[/url]). we thought the apartment was great, so did our guests. only negative was we could not walk around, we had to drive everywhere. the hills were so steep and nothing commercial was close by except the mall which was still a good walk on foot. this trip we were going to hit places we have not hit previous from all the other contributers i started compiling a list of places to visit. first night in town we drop our bags and its midnight. i never been to mayorista and i had to see it. so off we went, we all grab a table at a outside bar and just stare at all these girls lined up almost against the wall there by the hourly hotels. we start drinking pilsens, the girls offered us 30, 000 pesos. 40, 000 for sex. not all of us were into the street girls so we went over to luna lunera club, calle 33 #63b. ruben took us over around 2am and we chated with the girls and made deals to take them out to our place at 3am when there shift ended for 60 dollars for 2 and half hours. the house has gotten wise to us, we were trying to avoid the 100, 000 peso fee they charge to take a girl out. one girl got caught by the administrator and she had to go all the way home for the admin to call her there then she took a taxi to our place. party went well, we were all dancing in the living room. the girls were very cute, but i choose someone already to jaded for me, she sounded like a recording, when she asked me about twice how long and how much money. as soon as she was down she b-lined for the bathroom, dressed and started knocking on the other roomies doors to gather up her friends. hated that!. never called her again. my friend who took home carey, think its her fake name was the star out of the three. 5am now had a beer with the guys and ruben on the deck, and headed for bed.
day 2:
got up and had ruben take us by crapes and waffles in the tessoro because i missed this place, had my usual crepe and was ready for more girls. ruben called elements spa, and they told him they no longer had girls, or maybe i misunderstood and they just didn't have girls at the time we called. anyway i got this off of worldtravel69's list. the number was listed as (251-2367) open 1-9. maybe you will have better luck then me or its closed not sure. so we changed it up and headed to centro. i just read a report prior to going about a place called alejas (calle 54 #42-13). the place was hidden away but the address was dead on. the girls in the place were pretty nice looking except for 1 fatty. i took a real cuttie for 45k for the hour. her attitude sucked she even took a phone call during the sex, so i put a pillow over her face and fucked her anyway, got dressed and left and didn't tip her a penny. my friends had better luck. that day we met with my friend richie who just moved here from ny. he is living in a town near by in billo. he has opened a company down there that goes after past due accounts of doctors in the states. he has a room of colombians calling and he can charge 1/2 of what us companies charge due to the employment costs. he is marrying a girl down there and i never seen him so happy. he told me he will never return to the usa, there is just no reason. i was jealous. i met his driver, he met ours. he showed us some parques and how the metro works. we took it to his town for. 75cents and got picked up at the station by his driver and saw the finca in copacabana where he is getting married. awesome day. that night we went to babylon, but it was so packed so young we couldn't move or get a drink. it was so loud we couldn't talk with the girls after a hour we gave up on this place and headed over to san diego show. inside there it was to many gangster types, and i didn't see anything i liked nor my friend zis. so we just sat and had a expensive beer looking at the show, while my third friend k, found something he liked. he paid 120, 000 he picked someone out. i was half in the bag from drinking all night, so i called it a early night. we head home and call it a night again around 4am.
day 3
after staying with the owner of the laureles penthouse on my second trip he recommended a place called abydos(avenida 33 no 64-198, tel 235-3031). i never went there due to i always got to busy but this time i wanted to see the place. this would be the first time my two other friends asked me not to include this place in my report. they told me they didn't want this place ruined and we should just keep this information to ourselves. i told them i can't do this. the place was voted by us as the best of the best. we took the 90k option, seven girls presented themselves in white lab coats take them off to show us them in there bikini's. there were paladia, juliana, karina, valentina, jessica, brenda, and laura. all were awesome. my hour was probably the best i ever spent at a place like this. i took paladia, and she was wonderful to me. the reports from the other guy was similiar, we all grabbed each of our hours phone information for future meetings at our places. thanks j from the laureles penthouse for the recomendation, and in my humble opinion the best bang for the buck in town. as zis said why go anywhere else!.
at night i called a old girlfriend and it's now friday night and all of us head to to palmahia disco(palmahia disco, carrera 42 # 85b-121, autopista sur. tel: (57-4) 362-5757). hours: thursday to saturdays. [url]http://www.palmahia.com/[/url]) on the same road to mango's.
my friend richie comes with his fiancee and his driver and a friend. my buddies are very taken with this girl. she is perfect for anyone this angie girl, fun and beautiful and just recently divorced. she dances the night away with k, and later comes over to the house where they use google translator and there talking back and forth through it, no sex, she's a regular girl. back to palmahia the places is great. huge disco, no fighting, mc's dancing on the bar is singing to the crowd. we drank over 50 beers and 4 bottles of aquadente, for the 12 of us. bill comes to 400, 000 peso's for entire night. best 50 bucks a person we spent on a night out in a very long time. you can pick up a regular girl here, i saw opportunity, but i was very happy to dance and drink with laura.
day 4
my buddy rich who lives down there invites us to a street bbq in bello, so we all head over. we get there and there's tables in the street, cases of beer a huge bbq going and he's cooking up a storm, we stop at exito to pick up 6lb's of punta de anca and 4 bottles of aguardiente. what a wonderful time, everyone was so warm to us. we danced and ate and drank. we played with there kids, we made frisbe's out of some strong cardboard and were playing with 20 kids frisbee in the calle. they treated us like family, it moved me, i can't even start to explain. i drank way way to much wound up getting sick later that night due to the tequilla we brought to them. i have photo's that i will post in my post from the party. thank you guys for your warmth.
day 5:
we head over to centro to go to a place that we read about called newlife. (calle 56 #43-39 second floor). went there me and k got a girl, while zis passed. he said he would wait to abydos was reopened. i think its one of the better choices still in centro. the girls were all good workers. the management was visible and nice as hell. in the room the girl did good by me. afterwards, we went to laureles for lunch at this arabic restaurant there, that jon from the penthouse showed me. we even went by to say hi but his door man told me he was out. everyone loved laureles, my buddy zis was so taken he wants to retire there. we met up with rubens other friend jimmy and his client for lunch, who was looking to meet a wife down there. his wife had passed after 16 years of being married to her. we all felt for him and we understood, and after lunch we now had a new friend in him as well. that night we had girls over for movie night. we hit abydos again, not sure if we hit it on saturday or sunday, sunday they might be closed. again a wonderful time.
day 6:
monday and it's my birthday, we head to talk with rich of first american realty to discuss buying a apartment for spec and someplace to stay when we are in town. this guy was excellent, so was john, who does rentals. i overpayed him the rent on my third trip and his nephew pointed it out to me right away and refunded me my money. also the drunk girls did some damage to walls in our apartment, i guess why i was sleeping and they first told me it would be 40 dollars to repair. i got a email a day later telling me the repairs came to 15 dollars. honesty like this is just unexpectedly refreshing. i have great luck with this company and i also had great look with the [url]www.theapartmentmedellin.com[/url]. but now that i have met them both i have to give them the nod. also on a side note when we dropped in their office on the first floor there was a pool table with 20 something year old guys and girls all playing pool and hanging out and everyone said hello, to us in spanish and english. we both have no idea what was going on, on the ground floor but we liked it. we get invited back to bejio at night so we all go, and it's themed night at there house empanada night. wow were they good, we all start drinking, and all of a sudden these mariachi's stroll in 8 pieces in all. we all start dancing and laughing and just another experience that could never have happened here in nj. live band at 1am in your living room, singing and playing songs.
day 7:
my buddy zis is up early and we are holding him up due to us all sleeping in so he takes a taxi to abydos, where i meet up with him. again perfect time. zis makes plans to have the laura from abydos come over that night but she stands him up and me, my laura, and ruben take him back to luna. the administrator calls ruben in the office and tells him if he plays cool about not making side deals they would cut there fee's to us. instead of 150k on premises for sec they would charge us 100k with a room and zis took them up on this. he was up there for about a hour and twenty. the admin also told us if we wanted to take a girl out they would cut there fee's in half. instead of 100k, they would charge us 50k yo take them out(25 bucks) plus there fee. i thought this is pretty smart and if this was the dominican republic they would have tossed us out, making no money for themselves. very good buissness decision. i take laura home we enjoy each other one last time before i sadly head to the airport.
zis starts quoting the new colombia tourism advertisement all the way home. "the toughest thing about colombia, is leaving. "
some summary stuff by me:
food: i am not really a fan here, they do both steak and sausage very very good, and whole chicken but on whole i am just not impressed. everything is way over fried. i do like crepes here.
liquor: i drink whiskey, beer, and now proudly aguardiente!
i love drinking with the colombian people. bring a botttle from duty free that they normally never see to make new friends.
money: we used citibanks, and the money exchange at the oviedo mall, the one with the internet cafe, and cell phone store because they are lacked on the paper work.
girls: everywhere, find someone to love.
wish me well, me and zis's offer was taken on a 2 bedroom spec place over at parque lleras.
by july, we'll be staying at our place.
