Here is a quick list with good food and service:

Paladar- (Mult-Centro Mall) excellent Italian.

Rino's- (Obario) Good Italian, great ambience and service and inexpensive!

Secretos de Carne (Brazillian rodizio) Ave Federico Boyd.

Lenos and Carbon- at the Causeway.

Beruit- Excellent Lebanese food, near Marriott Hotel in Obarrio.

S'cena- CascaViejo.

Gaucho's- (Calle Uruguay) Argentinian Steak, expensive for Panama, cheap for us.

Martin Fiero's (Via Argentina, El Cangrejo). Argentinian, more economical then Gauchos.

Fusion- In the Radisson Hotel, great ambience, great food.

La Mar- Next to Powerclub in El Cangrejo. Upscale Peruvian. One of the best in Panama.

it's hidden. i had found some confusing directions on another site. easiest way to find it: looking from the main road, (tumba muerta,) it's located behind the fantastic casino and to the right of the rey super mercado. next door to gold fingers, is caribbean center, also a massage parlor. caribbean center has less than positive reviews, so i took a pass this time. the parking spaces in front of golden fingers were empty, so i was given the full lineup. about 8 colombianas and 1 domincana, dressed in very sexy school girl costumes, with their asses peaking from under the skirts. chose a curvy colombiana with a slight asian feature. was charged $100. upon payment was asked if i wanted to buy the lady a drink, for $10. from her speech pattern, she sounded like a country girl. showered together, followed by a decent massage. cbj, cowgirl, missionary finish.

i thought golden times lineup was better. i want to return and meet the big tit colombiana i saw there. maybe tonight, after i hit a couple of other spots.

Plan last night was to hit La Bodeguita VIP first. It's vacant, premises are available for rent, if anyone is interested. Hit Habanos at 1230a, not as packed, same chicas from my previous visit. I walked up to Cafe Foto, a strip club above Habanos. Saw 3 decent dancers. 1 Table dance is $20, 2 for $30 and 3 for $50. Atlas beer is $5.

Next stop was strip club Le Palace. It's located down the street from Habanos, going with the flow of traffic, on the other side of the hill in the road. No cover charge. Smaller than Elite 2, with lots of Colombianas and 1 Cubana. All the dancers wear the same white bustier outfit with white stockings. Black light makes the dancers out fit glow. Atlas beer was $10. Ladies drink is $15. Was quoted $250 plus $155 bar fine. At $405, it's cheaper than Elite 2. And unlike Elite 2, there are no private table dances. Girl will take you to a corner and do a topless dance only. I was waiting to see a strip show, but after nursing 1 beer, and nothing happening I left. I maybe mistaken, but Elite 2 has more dancers and setup more as an American style Strip club. Of the 2, I liked Elite 2 better.

Got to Caribbean Center around 2:30a. It has a bar. $5 Atlas beer. Only 2 girls present at that time. Closed on Sunday. Opens 11:30a Monday, day shift has 10 chicas evening shift has only 6. Chica I spoke to was dressed in t shirt and jeans. It's also $80 there.

Hit Golden Times at 3a. Curvy Big tit Colombian was available. Was charged $85 and change, to get to know her better. In the room, discovered her tits were fake, but they felt natural. Started with a decent massage then into a good CBJ, and cowgirl. DATY was an upsell for $50. She told me 1. 5 hr takeout was available for $150. That did not include DATY. Finally made it to the Puteros in the bad part of Panama City, in Casco Viejo, a few blocks from the Fish Market, sort of. Monday, I went on a tour of the City and Canal by Bus. Imagine my surprise when it stopped right in front of La Bocatorena, Interiorana and La Mayor. All three are next door to each other. I was tempted to walk in, LOL. Of the three, La Bocatorena, was the most active, with loud music playing and people going in and out. La Mayor looked closed. Average looking older woman came out of La Bocatorena to smoke. A bit later, three younger, average looking latinas came out, (end of shift?) Bad part of town, dangerous to foreigners? Maybe, but there is a HEAVY police presence in the area due to A.) the Presidential Palace, (aka the Panamanian White House) is in Casco Viejo, and B.) Casco Viejo is a tourist destination.

After a weeks stay and getting to know the lay of the land, it's time for me to move on. I've been in Latin America for a month and have yet to hit a beach. My next stop is Cartagena, Colombia. After seeing and meeting some Colombianas in Panama City, I'm looking forward to see what Cartagena has to offer.

You would have to know what streets to take. My Hotel was actually closer to it, and only required me to take 2 streets. 38 min per Google map. Only took 5 min via taxi. As GauntMan wrote, have the taxi drop you off at the Popeye's Chicken. There is also a Quizno's sandwich shop and a pricy Mexican restaurant in that mini mall. I went twice and was charged $85 each time. I thought the lineup was good. I know what you mean by not being happy with the girl. I'm a frequent visitor to Rio, Brazil. Babes there have spoiled me to GFE and PSE at much cheaper rates. I knew going in, I was not going to get that at Golden Time. I liked it enough though, I went twice.

Yeah I agree food quality was very high but it was pricey and not enough Panamanians or tourist were willing to pay for the high quality.

FYI. I've heard from many ex pats looking for high quality food / service but not enough are willing to pay in Panama city, go over to Coste Del Este, it's become the rich part of town and most of the best restaurants are moving there.

Went today to Golden Fingers. Heard good stories so it was Golden Fingers or Golden Times, not far from GF. Stayed in Marbella district, close to Plaza Uruguay so a taxi to the Eldorado plaza took half an hour, traffic is crazy even at 4 pm. Heard that the place is open from 7. 30 pm so went first to the mall for a snack. Three hours wait was to much for me so checked the place and saw the sign-open. What a suprise. 8 girls available all 7 to 9. Picked up a blond girl, Brenda, tits seize 2 but did not trust a girl with seize 5, probably artificial.
