Dubai - Hotel Information

But I agree generally Dubai prices are stupid and not value for money. I go to Asia a lot and for 50% less than a 3/4 star in Dubai (example Ibis WTC, Novotel WTC) I can get a really good 5 star (or spacious 4 star)

Also is not double standards MR as they get drunk in Saudi and take WGs but just more discretely and mainly Morroccan / Arab. Only difference is in Dubai they don't care as much who sees except the LE who they think they can pay off so that problem is 'solved'.

IMHO the real double standard could be Christmas, all banned in KSA but you watch the Saudis in the UAE malls enjoying the decorations and fun as well as encouraging their kids to sit with Santa.[/QUOTE]Some of the guys are putting together a mongering tour group to Eastern European countries as the prices of hotels combined with WG prices will make it cheaper for UAE residents to fly there, enjoy for a week or two with 10 times more girls and come back. Airfares cheap but some still stayed at the Four Seasons etc. They like their comforts even if the girls and airfares are cheap.

It is a conveniently located close to Broadway, and as long as your girl has I'd, no problems with taking her up. Make sure you book for two though.

Green. Stayed on 19th and 23rd Jan. Required I'd and friendly concierge (after tipping 20 dihrams).

Taking the Romanian chick I picked up at Premiere to the room on was.

Much smoother than anticipated.

23rd Jan was bad as all clubs were closed.

I'm going to be at the Broadway from the Feb 6th. Feb 8th.

I also have a room reserved at the York so if I cannot entertain guests I have options.

I will definitely let everyone know ASAP what the deal is when I get there (Red / Green)

If anyone needs to know anything specific feel free to let me know and I will see what I can do.

Broadway turned red recently and York always was red since as far as I can remember. You may want to cancel one of your backups and check on other green hotels like Citymax Bur Dubai etc.

I tried to make a reservation at Citymax but the website wouldn't load. I am going to keep trying because I know they will instantly raise the price if I just show up.

They told me in reception that after change of owner there can't be no girls anymore, not in daytime and not in night time.

Had no trouble. But it's a bit embarassing to openly register your visitors out in the open. I even tried an afternoon punt and they still required an I'd.

It's a convenient location and you can walk to all the key spots in the area.

Yes, only one girl at a time, what a bummer. I wonder if I book a suite at seaview they will allow two WGs.

Speaking of seaview, I'm tired of staying there. I'm thinking to go a bit high now and check out Hilton as mentioned a few post below or holiday inn.

What's the story with Arabian Courtyard SPA opposite Dubai Museum? I stayed there for one night due to some flight complications and they had a bar on the first floor but radar didn't spot any WGs, also didn't see any sort of security etc that was stopping girls that were being accompanied by the men. Maybe they were just couples?
