Whether or not it is worth going out of your way for I guess depends upon how much you are changing. It is in the Europa Center (and other locations) which is pretty central, and for that matter right on the way to Liberty.

Downstairs no way, but maybe on the first floor as a few have suggested. I'm going to find out this week.
