Pattaya has to be the cheapest and easiest place on earth. This is my 3rd trip to pattaya and I learned so much the first two trips that it saved me ton of money this time around.

First of all if you want to save shit load of money you need to cut the middle man that means no bars no gogos no clubs which is a very difficult thing to do for first timers because the FOMO. They want to go out and have "fun" and experience the nightlife but in my opinion there is absolutely no fun at all at the bars. The bars are there not to entertain you but to extract money from you for little to no return. If you really think objectively about all the shit the girls and bars owners do to the customers you will not step a foot in another bar again.

I rented an apartment to be able to have more than one guest a night and subscribed, TF and learned to entertain myself without drinking all day long.

The total I spent a day in pattaya having 3ST a day including the food, transportation and hotel is 7000 baht or $200 a day. The apartment is 2000 baht and the TF girls 1000-1500 baht most were 1000 but just to be fair I rounded the average to 1300.

I was there for 4 months during the pandemic and I really got to enjoy Thai friendly. Sometimes the girl would be flaky or give bad service, but my success rate was higher with girls from TF than the average bar girl. Most of the girls also weren't getting trained by one guy after another like on soi 6. I was often their only or first appointment of the day. Part of that was the pandemic, but it also feels like the girls on TF are a little less involved in the full-on sex trade thing.

And it's so much cheaper than paying for a bar fine and all that. Less up-selling and just better demeanor from the girls, IMO. They are more likely to want to be your GF than a bar girl, but that's the only downside that I've encountered.

To me the fuck is the icing on the cake and its not worth going to a place like Pattaya to stay in my room and swipe an app. I can do that in Singapore and fuck the same Thai girls here for $100 for 90 min 2 pops. I actually like the attention in bars. I like groping naked women in Windmill. I like two girls all over me in a GC. I like browsing the endless selection on Beach Road. The fuck is just a nice ending to all of that. But as they say. Different strokes.

If I were living in Thailand long term, I'm sure that I would be just as anal as everyone else here about the price of ST going far over 1500. But a two week millionaire. If flying from the US, you're budget is likely going to be split between airfare and then everything else.

I haven't mongered stateside since my return trip last year. No way in heck can I justify 100 for a handshake by someone older than me, or thrice that for regular fuckin. Budget for airfare, then everything else is more or less free.

If a local person is saying there is no need to pay so much, then they are not saying it because you are hurting them. They are saying it because you could be shooting yourself and other non-local mongers in the foot. Never once have I known someone that lives somewhere to say that weekend millionaires are ruining it for the locals. It just does not happen that way.

Thousands of girls flock to Pattaya in hopes of finding some big spenders. They don't often succeed, but they remain in town to work at standard prices and give us many choices.

Sometimes literally.

And yes, the ladies will tell their friends back in Isaan, and some of them will flock to Pattaya (sometimes just in time for Low Season).

Overpaying during High Season is a minor sin. The major sin is sending money to the ladies after you go home (so she can go back to Isaan and live with her Thai boyfriend).

1,500 is avg price of Soi6. Add 500 for 15 more hours.

Had some great experiences with TF on this trip as I always do. I don't LT, but I met a few off TF that are LT worthy.

And as some commenters have stated, the TF ladies don't seem as caught up in the scene so to speak which makes sense. Bar / GC girls are essentially partying everyday as a part of their work. Whereas a lot of the TF ladies I met on this trip have a more laid back vibe to them where they stay in their room mostly and do their own thing, which is conducive to my personality type.

Then you factor in the value of ST for only 1,000 with no bar fine and no drinks and lady drinks. Well that's insane value. Just out of curiosity, I messages some TF ladies who are in Phuket, just to see what ST pricing is out there. All quotes were 2,000-3,000 baht for ST. Just shows the insane value of Pattaya.

The working girls are like gamblers, they are hoping to hit the customer jackpot, and that keeps them in town and working.

As well as doing local stayers at local rates in between to keep the income flow.

The thing that screws that for anyone local is OnlyFans, Chaturbate, Instagram, etc, for those that develop enough social media presence not to work hard.

And the other one that hurts us is that ludicrous gogo payment scheme that is now rewarding even mediocre gogo girls with 15,000 baht for 10 work days if they rack up 60 ladydrinks.

The weekend millionaires are good for us IMHO.
