I am not confused as I have been working exclusively on Thai Friendly the entire time I have been in Pattaya. I am not arguing with anyone. It is to compensate the bar for drink sales etc that are lost because the girl left the bar before her shift ended. Technically, once the shift ends, they can go with you without the bar fine. What you pay her is separately negotiated. Thats the theory. In reality what you pay her also may get shared with Mamasan and bar.
